Not the best IHOP, service is pretty much non existent and the service you do get isn't much help. Food is decent if your drunk and need something to eat.

Just left this establishment because we were not served. The hostess who greeted us had a bonnet and a scarf on and left without asking for our drink preference and or giving us our waiters name. Yes, we frequent this place. We waited over 10 minutes without drinks or anyone checking on us. When we got up to leave, the wait staff looked surprised that we got up leave. Seriously? Do better! Two stars because the bathroom was clean.

I was served raw uncooked food and the best resolution manager could do is just take that off the bill I had to run to restroom to throw up few times but all I was told ohh sorry would you like us to cook you another one if not sorry pay the bill I will report this location to health dept this was not done the right

Good waiter, but food wasn't. Nashville hot Chicken sandwich was way over cooked and over breaded. Salad had very bitter lettuce that really ruined the rest. Place was okay but probably won't try those again.

Even during Sunday church rush our large party was seated quickly and service was accurate and quick. We all had separate checks as well and no mix ups whasoever.

I eat here quite often and have not had an issue in a long long time... the servers are friendly and really good. Not sure what the change was besides the remodeling but definitely an improvement from last year.

We went xmas nite after the movie (wonka) so we did the wonka menu. The Wonka burger was huge but tasty. Otherwise my experience with this place is it is ok. But do go for the wonka menu. So worth
We have been going to this location for years!! Love the people and service. They can be a tad slow with the food at times but it's always worth the wait. I just tried their chicken biscuit sandwich and omg when I say that chicken was crispy and juicy!!! Chefs kiss! Next time I'm wrapping the chicken in my pancake and throwing a lil honey on top! I miss the cappuccinos. Awesome place. Feels like home. That's why I spent my birthday there.

Coming in we stood at the front for almost 10 min before being seated and there was barely no one there. When the guy came to seat us we were not greeted. The waiter was not welcoming or polite. We waited almost 15 min just for our drinks which then when brought to us the waiter rushed us to order. The lemonade tasted like mostly water. We ordered a salad and chicken & waffles and some jalapeño bites. Then after waiting another 15-20 min the waiter comes and says they didn’t have salad and the manager asked did I want to order something else. He gave me a menu and walked off. 10 min later he comes back and I didn’t order anything so he then brings out the other food immediately and my son’s chicken and waffles weren’t even hot. He never checked on us, after 15 min into my son eating he just brings him another drink rushing off before I could ask for the check. My son finished his food and we sat there for another 10-15 min before he just brings the check and sits it on the table, leaves & when he came back to get the check he doesn’t say anything. I’ve been to this location several times before and have never had such poor & unprofessional service.
