Wings are good but service is awful and it appears to be nationwide. They have no means to contact management through their site and don’t respond on twitter. This location has screwed up two of my orders. First one: I checked into the app and waited in the designated spot for 15 minutes before walking in and seeing a bag with my name on it sitting there. I used to love the food here, but I've been consistently disappointed the last few months. They can't seem to pay attention long enough to get the correct flavor of hand pie that you order, my last 3 orders have shown up with either the wrong flavor or none at all. The wings are good when they're fresh and properly sauced, but most of the time I get lukewarm, dry chicken and soggy fries. Won't be ordering again any time soon.

Came here after an hour drive or more from Rosenberg...Emily was the bartender/server...she was very attentive and funny made me day after a long a$$ drive lol....cheers to Emily at Chilli's ?
