They hire people or things that can't read the customer's order they make it how they want not how the customer ordered . Double check your stuff before leaving they can't be trusted with a simple order and to make things worse they take forever to screw up

I went there at the dead of the night expecting soggy fries and obvious eye rolls but kids in the drive thru really made my day I didn’t feel like I was being rushed to order or like I was a nuisance they were very nice and down to earth which I love. P.S keep up the good work ?

They don’t listen, all I can hear in back room is laughing and talking to each other I had to repeat my order more that twice. And they still mess it up and then they took forever to give me my mess up order. I never will return to this jack in box. ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD HELP.
