I went to this Jack in the box, seeing it was the closest. Everyone got their order correct except me,I ordered the classic smash burger and just got a burger with just meat and pickles. Why can't they ever get an order correct.

The day crew always messes up my food and I just picked up my food and it’s ice cold and they refused to do anything about it. Asked them to make some hot fries or refund it and they refused saying there was nothing they could do the burger was also made wrong and cold so I just paid 10$ for food I can’t even eat 0/10 do not

I quit going to this location 6/7 Mths ago because of an employee who was one of the rudest people I’ve come across in customer service! I’ve been in retail Management most of my life.I stopped by on 12/7 in drive through and was helped by Andy, who was extremely helpful and polite! I understand that other “problem employee”, was no longer there because of said issue. I’m giving them another shot thanks to Andy’s helpful disposition!

Every time I come to this Jack in the box I get great food but horrible service there are several times that I've actually went at 6:15 am and they had cones sitting on the drive-thru however their operation of hours clearly states that they're open it's a crying shame I've tried to call to let the manager know but there's no one to call. Please update your hours and also your staff.

Horrible customer service! I should have complained to the manager. That’s my fault for not doing so. I don’t understand what’s so hard about being friendly. I get it if a customer just was being rude but that was not the case here. Hate to say this but don’t go to work if you’re just going to have a sour attitude and face especially if your job requires CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do better.

Definitely recommend Snoops Deal meal. Comes with a car refresher thats like grape scented. I always enjoyed the midnight meals, definitely recommend that over normal.
