Hi I was just in the drive through and a young man took my order with a very irritated attitude …I arrived at the window to pay for my order and he still had a disgraceful attitude …I love jack in the box but this is very sadden to see you have people like this working for you

the overnight workers are so nice and attentive. i’ve been there multiple times at night because i’m an overnight stocker and without fail everytime i come through they make my day. they get my order done fast, they serve it with a smile and we have a nice conversation before i leave to either go home or back to work. they are the best which is why i choose to go to this one which is further away than the main street one i live closer by. the workers are awesome this is all i have to say

There's a promotion for a free jumbo jack with a $1 large drink purchase for national burger day but the promotion doesn't work and all the employees had to say was I don't know anything so I didn't push it because they don't even speak English

After getting off being on call, I stoped here around 4am. I was told they were only excepting cash. I only had cards, they stated it would take a few minutes for the computer to come up. I was ok with waiting. While ordering the worker kept making statements about the amount of food I was ordering ( I was ordering for 4 ppl), 2 kids meals, tiny tacos and loaded wedges. ? I've never had an issue here until tonight. Why are you open 24 hrs if you don't want to serve food at all times. We left after the third comment.
Jack in the Box is definitely not my go to meal, but this location isn't usually very busy so you can get in and out quickly. Staff provide pretty good service as well.

You guys might as well close this location down. This location is always has an excuse for not taking orders after 12am. "No cashier, we're only taking GrubHub/Uber orders, system is down, the main cook isn't here" yet I see 3 cars in the front of the building. I used to come here all the time since I live nearby but after all the attempts I've gone, no success. Get new workers that actually work rather than stealing time and money
