not sure why the reviews are so mixed, but i went today & loved my service & my bowl! A beautiful girl named riya, ( i hope i'm not butchering the spelling) was not only informative about her menu, but also about the protein, carbs & any other nutritional information i asked her ( i came from dynamic gym lol ) she was patient, polite , smiling ! & overall a very good person to have for the front cashier position. i will most definitely be going back just because she made my experience so pleasant. it was also my first time ever having Jamba & for the size, protein & price it was a deal!! i got the chunky strawberry bowl & it was delicious. thank you riya, you rock! smoothie king who?!?

Took a while to get our smoothies even though there were 3 employees working and no other customers ahead of us. The razzmatazz I got was way too sweet - it was like drinking sweet tarts. My husbands smoothie was watery

Every time I go to this location the employees seem like they hate their lives and I hear them talk rudely to customers. It’s kind of depressing in the morning when you’re trying to have a good day. Will try different locations like Main Squeeze which is just a couple of min down the road since this has been the experience every time I go here. Sad.

I used to go to Smoothie King, but now it's all about that Jamba Juice!!!! As a matter of fact, I just left there and grabbed a med. Apples N Greens smoothie.....

Been a few years since I stopped in here. Always had good experience, not today. Lobby was filthy, ac was hot, 1 kid working the counter took our orders. While waiting, she was lazy lazy slopping things around. Then I noticed the work area. 2 trash cans with trash flowing into the floors. Dirty gloves and towels were being walked over.Drinks came out, my orange dream machine was garbage. Basically a cold orange juice. She obviously did not add all the components. It was just juice and crushed ice. Blended for literally 3 to 4 seconds and served up like iced orange juice. My wife's carribean whatever was more normal but again, flavorless.$15 dollars down the drain. The kids working there couldn't care less when we complained the drinks were no good. Basically, "they are like that."

I'd give 0 stars if possible. I went in for a purely orange drink and I waited 30 minutes, after the wait they told me they don't know how to operate the orange juice machine. Out of the 3 employees none of them could operate an orange juice machine.

I drove over 20 minutes to get there because it was the closest location to me. But to my surprise, the ladies working there were unfriendly and got the order completely wrong. I didn't even bother returning to get a refund because I didn't want to waste my time with their bad customer service. Greatly disappointed.
Workers MIA, THEN only to come in a make your smoothie any type of way! Need a whole new staff. Justin was the only one working!

Worst customer service I have ever experience. When your cashier greets people with “yo what you want” and sighs after every thing you order makes you want to walk out and not get anything at all. Classless staff at this location. Clearly a management issue here.

This place will be permanently closed within the next six months. The one girl working there was watching something on her phone and laughing and didn't even look up when we walked in. The other one had headphones on and I had to speak loud for her to answer my questions. The place had a weird chemical smell that made my kid hold her nose. I should have walked out right then and there but my kids really wanted to try it. NEVER AGAIN!
