Not the best bang for your buck.. however it was an ok burger. i didnt try their other options. My sons were with me and they rated their burgers 6/10 score. We gave the fries 4/10 score.

I ordered a double shroom burger and although it was cooked well I felt it lacked an extra element. I also noticed some discrepancies between the menu pricing listed on their wall and what I was charged. It wasn’t too much more but I think they should update their signs or make it more clear to the customer how much each item costs.

The burgers were flavorless, no seasoning at all. The app menu is not the same as their website menu so we had to order some items in the restaurant. We ordered avocado Swiss burgers and the avocado was tough. The prices are not too bad. Overall, I will not be ordering from here again.

Almost a month ago I placed an online order to a different location. To no fault of my own the order went to the wrong location. I called immediately to see how we could resolve the issue. However, the “manager” I spoke to over the phone, Maria, refused to give me a refund or even refer the order to the desired location. I will never patronize this business again. I attempted to dispute with my bank, but it’s becoming an hassle because this restaurant uses a 3rd party (Chow Now) service to do pickup orders. Regardless of who’s fault it is (the restaurant or Chow Now), the customer should not have to suffer.

I expected better. I hadn’t been to JAX in a while and decided to stop in. The burgers are good, but they gave us cold fries and onion rings. It ruined my husband’s experience. I think they can do better.
