This is the worst place ever Don't ever order food from them for delivery. You won't get your food it will not show up at your house and then when you call them they say they didn't even get any orders it's so ridiculous save yourself the time save yourself the money go somewhere else. I've ordered from these people and when I do get my food and never have all of it it's the saddest thing ever I feel sorry for somebody who put their money into this franchise to open it because it won't be open long.

Very disappointed in my food I had received tonight. As a former lead who used to work at jersey mikes it was a disgrace as to what I witnessed at this location. Very dirty store right when you walk in all the way to the ordering station. Counters were a mess and there were many people standing around playing around and cussing. After driving home to eat due to all the tables being very messy I found my sandwiches had been made with two day old bread, I couldn't even bite into my sandwich that’s how hard it was. Again very disappointing visit, hope this store gets cleaned up. I wish I could get my money back as this was a horrible purchase.

Called location to ask about their catered box and the person answering was helpful. Explained a box is really 12 mini subs. Did the online order and picked up with no problem right on time. Everyone was happy with lunch in my office.

I went an hour before closing and when i walked in no one was in the front which wasn't a problem however the girl who took my order asked me three times what i wanted and didn't want which wasn't a problem however she made the sandwich wrong in front of me and when i asked her to remake it she rolled her eyes and proceeded to re make it and when she checked me out she didn't give me a bag and walked away before i even paid which is extremely rude. i've never had a problem at any jersey mikes establishment i love the workers however the girl who checked me out had a horrible attitude.

If this was the first time I had visited a Jersey Mike’s, I would literally never return. The entire experience was terrible. Extremely dirty sandwich station, they continuously dropped ingredients into other ingredient bins or on a dirty counter and then picked them up and either put them on the sandwich, or back in the bin. One of the employees handled money with gloves on and then went back to making sandwiches with the same gloves… I’m damn near a Jersey Mike’s fan boy at this point lol but this location was downright embarrassing.Sorry if this isn’t in typical “food review” fashion, I’m not sure I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review for a place before
Would not recommend online ordering at this location. I showed up to pick up my order, and the line was almost to the door. I was told my order would be out shortly but then proceeded to watch them serve everyone in line for before getting my sandwich made. It would’ve probably been faster for me to get in line than order

I ordered at 630 pm and didn't receive our to-go order until 730 pm with only 3 customers. We ordered only 1 reg sub and a bowl :/ and the bowl wasn't done until 30 mins later . The customer who was behind us got tired of waiting and left . The girl who worked at the front of the store was on her phone when we walked in and didn't even try to handle what she was supposed to be doing. When I tried to speak up already since I didn't really want to be rude, that's the only time they managed to make my bowl . No one even apologized. For a period of ten years, I worked in the food industry, and I never had the opportunity to experience anything like this before. As a matter of fact, if she had been my employee, I would have already fired her right away!!! As far as I can tell, everyone is working so slowly except for the one who is working on the slicing area.
