My first experience with Jimmy John’s, the lady at the counter was more than willing to help us with deciding on what to choose. The guy even made a light hearted joke. The chips were fantastic and sandwich’s tasted great. Definitely will have to be back.Excellent work!Parking: 20 or so shared with multiple businesses.

I ordered a veggie sandwich a few weeks back. I ask for all extra veggies plus onions with extra onions. I couldn’t see them or taste them so I went back to ask if they forgot. The young man took the sandwich, dug through the lettuce and was like “they are on here”. I told him the fact you had to dig through means that’s not extra. He kept going back and forth then finally gave me more onions. Then took all the lettuce that he had on the side of the sandwich and slapped it back on like he was making a sand castle. I walked out and threw the sandwich away. I didn’t want to make a scene. The employees looked irritated that I spoke up about it. My husband loves this place and the first time I go, I experience this. This location is not recommended from me. I sat outside the next time he went and it was a deranged man threatening everyone that was there. Smh. Now I beg him not to take me there.

J was a pleasure to speak with. He was very patience,he explained all my choices. When he presented my order he showed me all my items. When I brought my food home it was hot and delicious. However there isn't anywhere to sit and there wasn't any menu. But J made it worth it. I will definitely return please keep up the excellent work and sevice.
