I went to get my lunch, but nobody said anything They looked at me 4 times without saying a single word, not even give us a minute, we will be there with you in a second, welcome to kfc, I was the only one in the lobby, I know it was lunch time, but I'm a customer too, that's ok, I won't come back or recommend this taco bell/kfc to anybody.

Ordered food and the young lady on the other end was extremely rude. Then she alas is to move to the front to wait for our food. We have been waiting for about 15 min now and more and more cars are being asked to wait in the parking lot. Here is the thing, if they didn’t have the food ready then they need to communicate that. They rather charge you and make you wait so that they can get the money without the food being available. It’s suppose to be a quick drive through. There are about 10 cars waiting for their order and not a single one has shown up to give food to the vehicles.

I've eaten here twice and have gotten food poisoning each time. They get simple orders wrong. Like giving you a smaller piece nugget instead of the one you ordered. I wonder if they deliberately sabotage food for customers they don't like?

This KFC can not get your order right. Ordered chicken tenders (white meat) and got 3 piece DARK meat meal. YUCK! Ordered "sweet corn" as a side. It wasn't sweet nor was it good. It tasted like nothing. I was already home after a long week at work and just didn't feel like going back out. So I am starving and angry that I just spent $12 and the only thing I could eat was a biscuit. Be careful you fast food joints.. you are slowly but surely loosing market share and people will eventually get tired of paying top dollar for bad food and bad service. If I'm going to be hungry anyway, I'm not paying you $12 to be that way and certainly won't mind never putting up with snotty teenagers behind the counter again. KFC is off my list FOR GOOD. But to br fair, so are most other fast food places. Just not worth the money or time anymore. I hate to cook, but st least I won't go hungry
