These things were gross. It was not worth the money. I stay across the street, but I will never go back. Yuck. I threw the 3 I bought away. Literally money down the drain.

Management needs to step up is been several times I get to the place around 10:45 am 3 hours before they close and they don’t have the kolachis I like.It doesn’t make any sense the laziness this shows . Come on 3 hours to go and you can’t make enough batches I understand 1 hour beforeClosing but 3 that is ridiculous!!!!!!

Can’t say anything bad about food but terrible service. I stopped using the drive through because of the service but when you come in place a huge order to told part of your order is still cooking.Fine it be 25 minutes and 49 minutes later you are still waiting but notice that they keep going to back for different orders tells you that the item you’re waiting for is being served to others. And when you inquire the owner, at least that’s how he introduced himself as, smirks and says so what. There are better local small businesses that would love my business. Been in Pearland for over 23 years thought we were done with this type of service.Response to owner……If you were sincere you would have asked for me to call you to provide more information.

The kolache factory was amazing because they had so many different types of filling. My favorite was the bbq and their service was good, plus they were very nice. The ambiance was nice it was clean and quiet.

I went to this location today, not a good experience today. First I went through the drive thru, my mistake the guy working drive thru only wanted to do I car at a time, so I waited. Next when I get to the window because it's cold this morning he barely opened the window I had to reach to give my credit card and get my food because didn't put in a jacket so he could do his job. Last thing my food was hard. I got cinnamon rolls nothing can soften old rolls.

I come here most mornings as it is right next door to a Starbucks, so very nice with my morning coffee. I use the app and get the rewards for kolaches, even though it takes me ordering roughly 50 kolaches to get 1 for free with the app. I usually get the ham and cheese kolache, which is like a little doughy ball (delicious bread, so buttery and sweet) filled with super small diced ham (also delicious, if not a little watery) and swiss cheese melted all around the inside for one great bite. Only complaint about the kolache is the ham pieces are so small when I'm nearly done with the kolache and theres not enough bread to hold them in they start to spill out and kind of get everywhere.Depending on the day, service is usually fast given how busy it is, and the manager definitely knows his stuff - super friendly and quick. The girl with the galaxy visor is usually also fast, but the other girl that works the drive through doesn't feel fully trained even though I've seen her there for months. Overall usually a decent experience and I'm in and out in under 10 minutes.

Last

shouldn't be "out of" 2 hours before closing. That is lazy.
