The Hispanic female manager was very rude when addressing a promotion that she wasn't familiar with. She didn't bother to check the flyer we had seen and then when we talked to her about it she stated she didn't bother to check the promotion and thought we were talking about a different promotion. She turned her back to my mother and didn't bother to apologize. Disrespectful and negligent.

Shoutout to Breanna in the pharmacy! She made transferring a script extremely easy and efficient. I appreciated her after the debacle I dealt with from another pharmacy. She was super nice and professional on the phone. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Pharmacies need much more Breanna's. :)

Good location, right off the freeway. Love the layout. Clean. I enjoy shopping here. I haven't had any negative experiences here and service seems good.

Customer service is slow. Expect to wait 30min to an hour if your behind 2 people. It's like this consistently. Even if the line is long, they will not get another person to customer service. 4th time in this line same result.

I really like this Kroger. I'm going to give it a high rating because overall most times things are excellent. However the ladies room on the first floor is not up to par more often than not. But my biggest complaint is about one employee in particular in the seafood area. His name is Romieus. He is never friendly and is confrontational when you try to let him know that things are supposed to be on sale. When he sees customers walking to the counter to get help, he actually goes to the back. I have seen this multiple times. When I see him, it just ruins my day, because I know it is going to be a bad experience, and this is ridiculous for someone who shops there so often.

I was totally disappointed when I recently visited this Kroger and discovered pet food being sold from the same freezer case as human food. I have a parent who is visually impaired, not blind, and because she wants to maintain as much independence as possible, she does her own shopping. The pet food being located here can create a horrible mistake for someone like her. I have seen other stores with a specific freezer/ refrigerator section for pet food exclusively. And I hope that someone from this Kroger sees this post and would consider making some changes.

Click list curbside is horrible and slow. Got to curbside at assigned time. I was asked to leave and come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and waited another 30 minutes. I called the curbside number and the associate hung up on me when I cancelled my order and asked for a receipt! The manager was just as clueless and didn't offer anything but a sorry for my inconvenience. I'm done with this store. I loved curbside at one time but now it's horrible. They say they are out of items that are literally on the shelves when I get out my car to check. The associates are slow and unprofessional. I'm sure they are overwhelmed and understaffed but who isn't. On to HEB from now on.

Curbside customer service is horrible. I called and spoke to a manager and she was the problem she doesn’t know how to lead a team. She actually said they have so many orders something is bound to be wrong . Well way to go
