Worst experience with Little Cesar's. First time coming to this location and will be my last. I worked for Little Cesar's before so I know how long a pizza takes to go through the over. The cashier tried to lie and tell me they were waiting for one pizza to complete my order. I waited 30 mins and I called to place the order and they said it would be 10 mins.

Horrible service! Manager threatened to refuse service because I asked for the sauce I ordered with my pizza. Very very very unprofessional and disrespectful! Afterwards when I called and asked for her name and regional manager's name she refused and hung the phone up on me. I will be following up on this with corporate and regional leadership. Avoid this place at all cost.

I ordered 2 of the new crazy puff pizza (cheese & herbs and pepperoni crazy) and 1 of the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. I ordered this at 7:49pm. It stated my order would be ready by 8:15. I got an email @ 8:00 that my order is ready and see the front counter. I walk up and the young man behind the counter was super sweet and it’s not his fault, however they had to clean out the order system due to many orders coming in at once and they couldn’t keep up. They refunded my order, however while I was about to leave, they started taking orders again. This is not acceptable. I am truly unpleased with this services and however everyone had to wait additional time and pay again if you wanted your order. Little Cesar as a corporation this should have been handled differently and made sure that the supply met demands.

It looked like they had been sitting for a while, and they threw in the portal. Come on, little ceaser, yall are supposed to be known for hot and ready! Not ready and sitting. So 03/24 I came here and ordered a Deep Dish Pepperoni with pineapples, onions and green peppers. Just to receive a pepperoni deep dish because the cashier didn’t care enough to seek help in ringing up what I actually ordered. I then tried to call the store just to be on hold for an hour+. I came back the next day and received the correct pizza but on just one slice of pizza per square. Wonder why there’s so many upset customers returning their food or getting refunds because the manager for their comfort gaslight their customers. The manager played crazy talking about “oh you wanted the toppings on the whole pizza.” Well I never made any special request saying not to. However a customer who did, got the toppings all over the pizza. She gave it back and just got an Hot N Ready. This location is a joke because the higher management allows them to be. One cook had her braids all the way to her butt, with no hair net or nothing stopping her hair from coming in contact with a customer’s food. How they have a A score I don’t know.

Don’t order pizza online if you’re in a rush, my Sis in law order a pizza online and hour later with out her knowledge they refused her.The service was poor, they were cussing in the back knowing lots of people waiting for their order. A young man came out telling everyone we’re not taking orders anymore just doing refunds. Which was upsetting for them and their business. Wouldn’t be surprised this location closed

The pizza puffs were dry and barely no cheese just a bunch of baked bread. I had to order online because they couldn’t ring it up on the register. Tried another location pizza puffs later in the day and they were absolutely delicious compared to the shadow creek store.

No one wore gloves while handling food. When I asked for sauce the employee put his fingers inside the cup before pouring sauce. You need to do better around cleanliness. That’s how people get sick!
