Almost always out of everything, and the store is falling apart, but the crew is on point and positive. Get these folks a new store and they would be a powerhouse.

Today's trip was less than satisfactory. We had to wait a long time for our food. They did give us a chocolate cake to compensate for the wait but they forgot the hush puppies, condiments, and cutlery.

The wait to order in the drive though line was a bit long but the food was great and hot. Only complaint is the drive through wait when only 1 car was a head of us.

They keep messing up my order and not even apologize for it. Then inside and out is run down need a serious upgrade or they won't last long when the health department comes.

This place is bad. I mean bad. The food is given to you cold. The young lady at the window has a horrible attitude. There is no entry into the restaurant which would be okay but the mic in the drive thru didn't work, so I was forced to wait 10 minutes in line just to order my food. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes only to get cold food. Thanks. I will never come back and strongly advise anyone thinking about coming here to just go anywhere else.

And the food they did serve me was very poorly cooked it seemed as it had been there for a while not fresh very dissatisfied with this location
Are used to come here two times a month I haven't been since April and it was horrible. If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is OK through the drive-through I got an eight piece fish and a family hush puppy and we all got very sick within an hour or so. Severe diarrhea and vomiting. I didn't even bother to call I'll just never go back to this location .they get some I live 20 minutes or so from the place it's just not worth it anymore not going to go there ever again. What is the first time I or any of my family ever got sick from there. They need to tear this place down my recommendation don't waste your money here.

Haven't been in a long time. Still good quality fish, sides taste good and fresh as well. Don't think of it often, but it Isa good fast food alternative to burgers. Staff was friendly and pleasant as well.

When we walked in the cashier greeted us. The service was excellent. The workers were working hard they were nice to me & my bf. We ordered two number 6's which is the three piece chicken it comes with your choice of two sides so we got corn & fries. The meal took a couple minutes so they told us to sit down so they would take it to us. To be honest it didn't even take that long maybe 10 ish minutes but it was worth it because the fries were so fresh & hot asf. The corn was hot too the chicken was not so hot though but it tasted good like always. We tried ordering a root beer float but at this location unfortunately they don't carry them.

I haven’t eaten at a Long John Silvers in decades. Easily almost 30 years.So when we had to come to Pearland for a test, combined with the fact that it wasn’t too crowded and near some thrift stores, it was a shoo in to try it out.A customer in line amicably greeted us. Staff was incredibly friendly - AND HELPFUL! - as we debated what our taste buds favored.Food was delivered to our tables with a smile. When we told them the chicken was too tough for Dad, it was replaced - with another fish - without batting an eye.Crab cakes - double yumm!Music was varied and enjoyable.We must’ve missed the rush because they were out of Pepsi. And Mt Dew. But it was quickly addressed when I told them.Although this was the first time I’ve had fried food in eons, it was delicious and a memorable experience!
