This is for their catering. I placed an order for holiday sides online a week in advance. They're cheaper than Cracker Barrel by quite a bit, and offer a full size turkey rather than just the turkey breast. It's also cooked rather than just providing the ingredients with directions which is a lot of work (and defeats the purpose of ordering Cracker Barrel). Any way, my order was ready on time and the food was still hot, as in they prepared it fresh and then packaged it. Everything was delicious! They were also super friendly. Highly recommend.

I had the baked fish with squash & both were hot. The dressing had chicken broth so don't eat their cornbread dressing if you are a vegetarian. The squash was salty, but tasted good & not cooked in meat broth.

Very good. Tasty roasted chicken. All sides were good, collard greens, Mac and cheese. The salmon a little dry. Added to soup, and it was fine. All servers wore masks! Impressive. Very sparce on the inside could have eaten in if needed, not crowded. Very helpful server who made the balsamic vinegrette available, the bottles were empty initially. Service was fast.

The food was great as always. Service was good in the line and at the counter. At the table it was another thing, completely ignored. Not even a hello. Don’t worry I’ll continue to go to the Webster location but never again here.

Customer Service is horrible. For this to be a cafeteria the lines move extremely slow. Young man with the short twist was really nice and energetic but the young lady on veggies could stand for some training on professionalism as well as the cashier both didn't want to be there and displayed it..I've never in history experienced bad service in a Lubys like this...the manager was truly a reflection of his TEAM.

First I want to say how happy I am that this location is still open. I love having a home cooked ready to eat meal. Velencia is the reason I stopped to post today. I usually expect a little extra time to check out. There is so much to choice from and people take extra time...having choices is wonderful. But, today Velencia went outside the box and noticed I was having my meal to go and took the opportunity to move the line. Great job Velencia. You are definitely "all in" for customer service ??

I miss Luby's Restaurant off hwy 6 but I like it enough to travel to Pearland! I eat there when I visit friends in the area. Great food variety and I can stay on my live-et (diet). Of course I use all my willpower resisting their visually beautiful deserts!

Second time at this location, both times the food was delicious but Cold, the first time I was dinning with mom and she said she couldn't eat her food because it Cold as much as she likes Lucy's !Now on Saturday 10/16/21 , I had the Liver ( my fav. ) and it was ice cold, do they have microwave, just asking ! the Mash Potatoes was cold !Can you guys work on the temperature of your food ,the food is really tooooo far off temperature !Can you sayHealth Department !

Visited the Fuddruckers side and it's just dirty! Had to clean the sticky off the table with my own hand cleaner. Should have left!!!!!

Cold cabbage and mac n cheese. Soggy okra. Fried fish tasted like cheap frozen and the breading was gummy closest to the fish. No check in from server. (Although they waited on the table next to us.) We took our cold items on a tray back to the line and asked for hot. Still, no one stopped by to see if replaced items were okay. It was not busy. Several members hung out and chatted. One person was productive bussing and sweeping. I don't know what happened to this location. We are long time Luby's customers. We will not return.
