We usually order Marcos delivery. This is the first time we chose to dine in. Seemed like they were fully staffed but service was very slow. Not just my service but people before me… that had been waiting a long time as well. We were told our food would be ready in 15minutes 35 minutes passed and I decided to walk to the counter to check on my order and the food was just sitting there for who knows how long. No one even had the courtesy to say your order is ready. We were the only family dining in at the time. The tables were dirty. The pizza was mediocre compared to other locations . There was barely any sauce on the pizza. This is the first time we were dissatisfied with Marcos.

Ordered Pizza at 4:45 and was told pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes. 1 hour later we called and was told it was out for delivery. 1.5 hours after order we were told that there was another address associated with our order and that the driver tried to call us and we did not answer. We never got the call . When I called the second time the manager wouldn’t get in the phone and was answering through his associate employee. When a manager does not elect to get on phone to answer your questions maybe the manager should not be a manager. I was first offered a free piece of bread. Manager still not on the phone. When I said I should be offered a free pizza the employee said they would send me a pizza for free. Still no manager and at this point it was too late to get a pizza. I wouldn’t be so upset about this if the manager had been manager enough to get on the phone. My wife and order from this Marcos a lot. They know our address and our phone number so there is no excuse for this to have happened. Being treated this way has definitely soured our feelings for Marcos and will next time order from a Papa Johns. Will probably get better service.

The eat-in was surprisingly bare. It is a little hidden gem so there isn't much of a dining-in crowd. I ordered a special "Pepperoni Magnifico " and added mushrooms. It is pretty much a comparable price to Dominos sine the large is bigger than their '2-fer mediums' they always have. Not much of a special when that is their regular 'promotion'. The Marco's pizza had more toppings than expected and the garlic seasoning was great. It was a little greasy but we aren't here for health food and good pepperoni is in fact a little juicy. Do yourself a favor, skip the chain pizza once and give this a try at least once. It's not the $25 pizza that some places have but it is a MUCH BETTER option than the regular chain drive-thru pizza places. This will be my quick pizza place from now on. Jose who works at this store is amazing with customer service. We ordered a cauliflower pizza, but noticed it looked different than the usual cauliflower pizza that we usually get from Marco’s. I called to double check that it was the cauliflower. When I called in someone passed me to Jose, who not only understood exactly what celiacs disease is (not everyone knows or even understands). Jose went above and beyond for our child that has celiacs disease (they can’t have gluten), and even called to make sure everything was ok with our child 30 minutes later. We order from Marco’s because it’s the one pizza place that can accommodate and include our entire large family at an affordable cost, but thanks to Jose, you have loyal customers to this store for life. Thank you so much for always being a great pizza place with great service, but also allowing a worried Mom to feel heard and valued.Dietary restrictions: This is a great place for type 1 diabetics and celiacs.

Ordered delivery the other night, pizza was great and hit the spot. Also loved our driver Sydni. She was so sweet and very kind to our family. And was very quick with our food. Tasted fresh out the oven. Would order again!
