If I could give zero stars I would. I orders a sun and cinnamon squares the sun was cold and the squares was uncooked dough with cinnamon and melted butter on them. The delivery driver was handed $40 my total was $21.93 and the dude had audacity to ask me if I wanted my change. Of course I want my $18 change. That was my first and last time ordering from there.
This branch is ALWAYS on it! Literally made me love pizza again. Each time we order we get the same consistency, fantastic pizza. It’s always hot, never oily, the ingredients are super fresh and the employees know what they’re doing. Sometimes you order from places and it’s fantastic the first time and the next time you’re let down. Never at this branch. It’s always perfection and we’ve only ever had one mistake made and it was fixed before we left. Great place. Fantastic employees

This pizza is is the worse! Dough is like cardboard. They need to learn how to make the foundation of the pizza ? before they can serve the best food in the planet ? The pizza was dry no sauce and they sprinkled cheese on it the cheese bread was raw and the cheeae fell right off the top. I would never go back to this location again. I will just drive to the El dorado and clearlake city blvd location. They make the best pizza out of all the marcos pizza ? in Houston. If you really want good pizza go to 5440 El Dorado Blvd Suite 100. Clear lake shoppes at the Reserve. You will mot be disappointed. I wish I would of never spent my hard earned dollars at this Broadway location…Money down the drain.

My pizza is over cooked to point it taste burnt. I don’t have time to wait for pizza to be remade so I have to just deal with this since I’m hungry because between work and school I don’t have time to wait. I did not appreciate the food I received from this place. Normally I’ve never had a problem with this location but I haven’t ordered from here in over six months. Things probably changed.

Got told to Die by one of the shift managers named Abigail after polity asking if they could put our pizza back in the oven when they didn't make it well done like we had asked prior. Worst part she doubled down and said she doesn't care until I confronted her . She only seemed apologetic because her boss had just walked in and also tried hiding her identity from me. After talking to her boss and explaining the situation. He seemed unbothered and told me " her days here are numbered " A week later I come by (because I'm a regular) and guess who I see . It's cool doe because that place is overrated & overpriced anyways. I had a convo with her and explained how I used to work at pizza place too and understand it's stressful at time and difficult to oversee everything going on, BUT that does NOT justify blatantly wishing death on somebody over a simple request . I basically killed her with kindness lol

I definitely prefer Marco's pizza to other fast food pizza places. The wait is not as long as the others and the pizza is way better! I definitely recommend it!
