They need to update their hours. We have gone over here twice now once before 9 and tonight at 9:03pm. Both times open sign is off chairs are put up and they are locked up. If you close at 9 that's great, advertise that and don't waste peoples time.

I went there tonight and at least half of the flavors were out of order. They didn't even have vanilla.... I understand running out of 1 or 2 things but they were out of every flavor I like. I left without getting anything.

Not bad. It seemed clean when I went. Very pricey for frozen yogurt and toppings.I tried the coconut, cookies and cream, and the original tart. I think I really liked the coconut and cookies&cream together. My favorite toppings are the strawberry and mochi.

Want to feel like you’re having frozen yogurt in detention hall!? COME HERE! The cashier and who I assume to be the owner stared at us walking in and didn’t say one word to us the whole time. It’s wasn’t just us, other customers too! Never thought an ice cream shop could feel like it was ran by Miss Trunchball!

This was the dirtiest Menchie's inside & out we have ever visited! There were literally THREE flavors to choose from, because the other ones were not working. We asked for sample cups and she told us they were out of them so we left. Try any other store except this one!

Too expensive. Hadn't been here since before the pandemic. Decided to get some ice cream today, just myself. Got one of the typical pints and filled it with the soft-serve ice cream. Nothing else. Rang up at $16! I can get THREE half gallons of Blue Bell Ice Cream for that price. No thanks. Not coming back. Not bringing the family.

The yogurt is good, the selection is limited, and all the machines are often not working. The management of this place is non-existent, and the employees get mad if you ask for samples. I wish it was better.

Place was clean all the flavors I wanted were available and the worker allowed us to taste some flavors with the mini tester cups. I don't have anything negative to say other than the peanut butter sauce was empty. That was disappointing because it was super early in the day so that should have been filled. Great snack option when you are in the mood for something sweet.
