I LOVEDDDD the cookies MSO made for my kids birthday. I always worry that some sugar cookies will end up tasting like cardboard, but MSO legit has the best decorated sugar cookies I’ve ever tasted! I will continue to order from them for future events. Their ordering service is super easy. They are also very friendly and professional.

We ordered a pre-designed cake with five days notice for pick-up. Their website indicates they need 24-hours notice to complete an order from their pre-designed cakes. We requested pick-up for 1/27 between 12-1. After not receiving a text message, as indicated in the purchase order, I called to inquire about the status of the cake. They overlooked our order and hadn’t started it when I called around 12:30 on the 27th. The cake was for our child’s 2nd birthday. I was also very frustrated when the phone was hung up on me when asking a question. I picked this place based on the reviews, and I was very upset/displeased with the services received. They did offer to make the cake, but I didn’t want to risk not having something for the party.

Stopped in to try this place because my niece picked cookies for her treat today. Well, when I got inside and saw the display case, I ordered a few items for myself. This was a mistake because now I have to come all the time. Everything was delicious. We got a decorated sugar cookie. The Corona (sugar cookie with icing). The oatmeal cream pie ( the favorite of the house). A chocolate cupcake and a Rockstar cookie (oatmeal, chocolate chip, pretzel pecan). That oatmeal cream pie was huge and the cream inside was not too sweet. It was so smooth and the cookie was soft. Run don't walk here, but save some for me, lol

I stopped here to get some cookies for my coworkers. I got some of the decorated sugar cookies, a brownie, a brookie, a chocolate chip, and a sugar doodle cookie. Everything tasted amazing except for the decorated sugar cookies. While they are beautiful, we all agreed there was an overwhelming amount of artificial- alcohol like flavor. I'll definitely come back here and try the cupcakes and get another brownie!

MSO made the perfect custom cookies for our baby’s “the big one” birthday party! They were shipped to Wisconsin from Texas and arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition. I showed inspo photos but MSO really knocked it out of the park! Thank you ?♀️☀️

10/10!!Let me start by saying I contacted MSO same week for a 8" 3 tier cake for my daughter's birthday and they were so accommodating! Communication is by email but they respond quickly and are super friendly! I sent pictures of what I wanted and they did not disappoint. The funfetti cake with buttercream icing was amazing! Everyone loved it! We had NO cake left! I think I found my new bakery. :)

Most importantly these are the best cookies I've had hands down and I've had my fair share of cookies. I'm always looking to try new bakeries in search for delicious cookies. All of them have been good from the rockstar to a new toffee sea salt chocolate chip I tried today. I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've tried.
