Went through the drive-through and I get that some times people just have bad days but the attitude is unnecessary and I ended up paying $32 for 3 drinks that were half filled and a salad with absolutely no dressing, the bread was stale, and the chicken tasted just like fish and I wasn't going to say anything but both my wife and I agree it was inedible and we ended up just throwing everything away

sometimes i’ll stop by panera and get a grilled cheese because they do it on this really thick texas toast type bread and it’s usually really good, but recently i’ve gone and ordered one and they give me one on normal thin sandwich bread and the cheese is all burnt through the whole sandwich. this is the second time it’s happened and i work in the restaurant industry so i get stuff happens, but if they would’ve told me they were out of the bread they use for it or that they burnt it i would’ve just asked for something else or left no hassle. it’s that they give the order to me and look at me all awkward and scared because they know it’s messed up. again, i’ve managed a fast food restaurant before and i’ve trained highschoolers and i get it but it’s definitely annoying to be charged $9 for that. i’ve gone quite a few times and the food and service are usually fine, i just don’t know what’s been going on and i don’t wanna drive all the way back up there to talk to some manager about how they’re sorry and this that and the next to get me out the door so.

The food is very overpriced and not good anymore. My mother ordered a CREAMY CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP that was literally Water . Thank God I bought her a chic fil a meal also because she would have been starving for lunch. The soup was literally WATERED DOWN!! For an elderly person who can't always have soup made from scratch this was a huge Disappointment. She will definitely not be going back and wasting her money on that "food" ?

Every time I order to-go the order is wrong. Last time 4 items were missing from my order. When I asked about it they only gave me 3 of the missing items. Staff is not polite when I questioned where the missing items were.

Be weary of ordering food online. They have forgotten items in my order several times now in back to back deliveries. Every time I bring it up they throw a $2 coupon my way that expires in less than a month. Why should I keep coming back if they forget my food and won’t provide me with replacements?

The girl working the drive through window spilled my drink inside my car. It went into my window jam and now I have to take the door apart to clean it.Mistakes and accidents happen but she just closed the window and pretended it never happened. Very disrespectful.

Yuck. I’m sick and wanted some chicken noodle soup. It was like eating chicken noodle out of dirty bath water. Ugh I can’t get the taste out of my mouth. Not to mention there was like 3 bites of actual food, the rest broth. Never again. Go next door to chick fil a for some good soup!

God this place is so overpriced and slow. Half a sandwich and cup (not a bowl) of soup for $15. The service is very slow inside. There's so many pick-up orders they forget the REAL customers lol. We waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich and soup. I went to the kitchen counter and saw our food sitting and grabbed it myself. I asked "this is all the soup we get". I was given a quick "yes that's it". Please be mindful that you're putting a tiny cup of soup in a huge bowl. The portions are going to look extraordinarily small. I guess she was the manager, filled up the bowl to the brim of soup and apologized. I don't know how this company in general stays in business. If you want a soup and sandwich, make it worthwhile and go to La Madeline's. I will never be back.

I came here this morning and ordered a latte, 2 chocolate bagels to go, a chocolate croissant and a cinnamon roll. My order was wrong. The latte was served over ice, when I told them I wanted a hot latte the employee told me that I ordered it wrong. I was never asked if I wanted my order for here or to go so it was placed in a box and two separate bags. Later I was asked if I wanted a bag! No, it’s for here except for the two bagels”! “You didn’t order any bagels” that’s how it went. I then go to the ladies room and didn’t realize that that’s the place to go if you want a refill for your coffee. Exactly, that’s where the coffee pot was. Decide for yourself if you want to come here, just wanted to share. I wish I could post the picture but it doesn’t allow me to.

Ordered salad and bread and soup and bread and got gross wilted lettuce and one bag of chips instead of the two baguettes. No wonder my sister never goes to this location. ALWAYS something wrong with her orders.

I stopped going to this Panera bread 4 years ago because of how bad the customer service was. Now that I moved back I decided to give them a chance. I can say most of the new associates are very sweet but there's always that one that makes the bunch sour. I had paid for my order online and picking up through the drive-thru. Not only did it take forever to get help with only one vehicle ahead, when I got to the front the young lady was trying to charge me for someone else's order. I told her I had already paid for my order since I placed it online. She rudely responded with 'well I just got here I didn't know'. I really want this location to be good but I'd rather drive further for better service elsewhere.
