I waited 30 minutes my drink just for them to get my order completely wrong. the staff was too busy flirting with each other to tend to my order. Drink was disgusting I threw it out as soon as I left.

Very hostile environment I didn’t even feel comfortable ordering food here. The staff here are extremely rude and practice unsanitary food handling procedures. No gloves or anything. Even worse the food that I ordered had bugs in it?! So disgusting I’m beyond disappointed.

Very nice place. Clean. Love the variety of food choices, such as soup and salad or sandwich. Everything was delicious. Liked that this last slices their apples ?, when ordered as a side dish. Plenty of self-service beverage choices. Lots of windows-clean and bright.

Horrible customer service from even the manager and the seats on the booths feel like they’re about to cave in. The WiFi is so slow too! Took FOREVER to get my iced coffee that only had one ice cube in it. No apology for the delay or nothing.

The lady saw I was undecided then after she takes my payment I realized Panera had new options in that she did not recommend at all. When I saw the new items & tried to change she told me it was too late. Y’all need better training or employees.
