I’m an Uber driver and not only did they give out the order to the wrong person, they refused to remake the order. First they claimed that they didn’t get it, then said they gave it out and it should already be at the customer but the customer told us that we were the only people who accepted the request. It was only one pizza.

So disappointed! Ordered 1 large pizza, took roughly an hour. Pizza arrives not in a warmer and was just handed to us like I ordered a frozen pizza from the grocery store and we tipped $7 on a 20 order!! Since when do you not receive your pizza hot and sealed? Meat was all dry and crust was horrible. So disappointed. I was a Papa John’s fan for many years. Just recently the quality went down hill.

Man, pizza tonight was the absolute bomb! Or as the new generation would say - it’s bussin’!I haven’t had Papa John’s in a while so I decided to give it a shot tonight and I’m very glad I did. It brought me back to my childhood, cause I used to have it all the time back then.It was hot, fresh and super tasty!

I had placed my order at 6:30 pm. The site stated my order would be here by 7-7:12 pm which was reasonable. I called the store to get a “new eta” on my order, since it was passed 7:30 pm. Whoever tf Mike is rude as hell, just said your order is on the way & hung up in my face. Honey I had already place the order online, wasn’t like I had been calling y’all nonstop. Food had slid in the box, annoyed by that and showed up at 8pm! If you don’t like the place leave. The misdirected, eff’d up attitude towards paying customers is uncalled for. I regretting even tipping for such bad service!!

I ordered an eight piece buffalo wing and received a chicken tip as a wing. I contacted the restaurant to speak with a manager to make them aware of my issue that I had with my order. I spoke to a manager who stated his name was Mike, Not only was he unconcerned about my order issue He seems to be high on something. I asked him was he OK he stated he’s trying to get back to do his job, Totally unconcerned about my issue. I apologize for disturbing him. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow to speak with them about their manager Mike.
The nicest people even when they’re close to being shut down for the night! I always have good customer service when I come to this one!

Just order on a coupon for 4 large pizzas. Got 3 larges and 1 small. Told the manager Mike and he asked me”what do you want me to do?” My response “take the small and make me a large”. He says that he will have to charge me for the large. My response is I’ve already paid for the large on the coupon. I ask him for his first and last name and his response is my name is Mike and I don’t have to tell you my last name. Terrible customer service. We used to spend quite a bit of money there but pizza places are a dime a dozen and bad customer service will always cost you business.

Its just not what i remember. Ive had "new york style" way better else where. And i received my pizza folded. One good thing is they have spicy garlic sauce now.

I ALWAYS get good service here, the manager seems to really be on top of things & if they make a mistake they make it right no questions asked, only happened once or twice that I can remember.
