He is not at this location any longer. There is some new no name trailer there and it is not good at all. He is doing catering now primarily ?

B.S. Nothing about this being a dang trailer that only opens when they feel like it.

Best barbecue I've had! Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and all the sides are amazing!

Skip Killens and Corkscrew, Patriot BBQ is the best in town, hands down. Peppery bark is perfection on brisket. Sides are so good you'd slap your mother in law (twice ????)I can't wait for them to make the hot sauces again. RUN, don't walkout here!

Picked up brisket, pork ribs, sausage, green bean casserole and brisket mac n cheese. The brisket was some of the best I have ever had, the ribs and sausage were excellent also. The awesome spicy green bean casserole even comes with a packet of fried onions which is a great touch. The brisket mac n cheese was also great. I have to agree with another review on here saying skip Killens in Pearland and run don't walk to this place!!

Very interesting BBQ - lots of coarse black pepper, which is an unusual and creative approach to brisket. Highly recommended. The owner , Brian, seems like a good guy. Bonus: they take plastic.

Brisket is nice and moist. The bark on it is full of flavor. Also tried the pork ribs. Very good as well. I recommend this place to any bbq lover. The sausage wasn't ready when I was there but ill come back another day for it, and some sides.heqrd they were good too. . Owner was real friendly and you can tell he puts alot of time and love into his food. He's working on an outdoor seating area. Go support the locals .

Fantastic BBQ. I don't understand the low ratings. We had pulled pork, brisket, and green bean casserole. The bread and butter pickles on the side are great too. He is a veteran and gives discounts to veterans and first responders. Stop by before he sells out. Cannot wait to come back and try the sausage.

$24 in the trash ($8/side). Potato salad had a sweaty film on top and was inedible. To quote the owner "the Mac N Cheese is extra cheesy today!" I want to say this is the worst meal ive had in Texas but truly it's probably the worst i've had ever. I threw away three pints of "food" at $8/each. The "barbecue beans" were the only thing remotely edible and they tasted like beans from the school cafeteria.
