Rebecca is Absolutely Outstanding! She handles everything with grace and even customers that may have an overly entitlement disposition. I have a degree in hospital management and operated full serve restaurants for years.I don't know her position or future intention, but if I were Pizza Hut upper management, I would be grooming her to join our ranks.Reagards!

Last two times we ordered pizza it was not hot. The last time the pizza looked like it was made the day before and it took over an hour to get it. Since I have been burned twice in a row I will not be ording pizza from pizza hut again. And back when pizza hut was good was in the 80"s I really don't know what happened to them.

This is the LAST time my family and I order from Pizza Hut. They constantly serve us pizzas that are stale and old or dough that is not up to par. I have called customer service, complained. Had employees credit my account. Only to mess up the next order. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas for dinner and one of the pizzas has a crust that was “pieced together”. The slices couldnt even be picked up because it was falling apart. There was a HOLE in the center of one of the slices of pizza! This lousy pizza was a joke. We wont be back. Save your money. Try Jets Pizza, MOD Pizza, Centercourt Pizza, or even Little Caesers..LOL! Its better than this trash!
Every time I go my pizza is hot and made with love ❤️ I had an issue with my wings and the manager that was there didn’t argue just took them back and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me my money back it’s always a pleasant visit when I’m on that side of town

Got the Big New Yorker today. Kathryn was very nice and a pleasure to talk to. She made my pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I've had from a chain in months! I should've taken a picture before we started eating, hah.

We ordered two orders on Saturday night around 11. We didn't receive our pizza until 1:45:am. Which we only received after I begged the shift leader to please deliver it because we were starving but they expressed door dash lost our order and the systems were shut down already. It took me getting very upset and explaining that the system shouldn't have anything to do with cooking a pizza in an oven then for the manager to finally say okay fine and hung up on me. When it finally arrived it wasn't what we ordered. It was cold and after everything my husband wouldn't even eat it.
