Guy didn't seem to know what he was doing took him almost 10 minutes to put in an order for 2 medium pizzas that almost cost 30 dollars which I didnt feel was correct but whatever won't be coming back to this pizza hut.

If you have an issue with your delivery/pizza, you would do better writing to a politician than trying to reach this store. My pizzas were undercooked and extremely soggy when we got them last night. I tried calling the store at least 15 times and they eventually just started hanging up in my face. Horrible pizza and even worse customer service. Wont waste my money at this location ever again. Had to put my pizzas back in the oven.

I can’t review on atmosphere because it was curbside delivery. I have ordered three times at this location. It is usually the same gentleman there. My orders have been prepared perfectly.

If you order from this Pizza Hut I advice you use cash only!!!I ordered through my app and my order got sent to this location it was supposed to go to N Sam Houston instead it auto corrected it to S Sam Houston for delivery when it got sent through DoorDash for delivery. This location is 45-50 minutes from me and instead of them refunding me back my 58.97 they told me I had to dispute it with my back. When I tried the back took 30 day investigation and said there was nothing wrong with the transaction. When I called this location back they are claiming the manager doesn’t work there anymore and since my bank denied it they wasn’t going to give me back my 58.97 either! Then said I could get store credit but once I told them I do not live in pareland I live by bush airport in Houston they basically was like oh well. Never got my pizza, never got my money back just 58.97 gone down the drain so if I was you I’ll use cash only when dealing with this location!

Customer Service Is Wonderful. Got One Of Our Orders Wrong But They Made It Correctly Within 7 Minutes. Food Was Hot & Fresh With Cheesy Goodnesss ? . Wings Were So Tasty Most Definitely Will Be Back Soon ? Thank You To The Cook Because The Food Was Everything !!!!

This was my first time at this location since I recently moved to the area.The Alfredo pasta was poorly served. Missing chicken. The sauce was watery. Very disappointed. Will never buy from Pizza Hut ever again!Vegetarian options: Na
I ordered from Pizza Hut through their website, and a DoorDash driver was assigned for delivery. After waiting for 35 minutes, I received an automated text claiming the driver had trouble finding my location and would leave in 5 minutes. Attempts to call the driver went to voicemail. When contacting Pizza Hut, the manager was unhelpful. During our call, I got a text saying my order was handed to me, which was false. Despite my efforts, the refund hasn't been processed, and I've been unsuccessful in reaching a manager after multiple calls.The owner responded to my review yet I have still not been able to contact the store about my refund since his employees do not answer!

I would give yall a 5* rating 4sure but the hold up is not enough ingredients on the pizza! The flavors & pizza dough are amazing????but i get more of a "cheese like pizza" than a real 3-5 topping pizza.Can yall add enough so i can see the meat/veggies on it.....pls????Delivery time was on timeI orded the big new yorker pizza w/ 3 toppings.???Thanks!

Worst Pizza EVER!Visited this Pearland location(Shadow Creek) and I’m going to believe that the individual preparing my pizza just started today.After waiting approximately 20 mins or more I was informed that my order had been mistakenly given to someone else but would be remade. I was offered a cookie or an apple pie for the wait. Received my order and it was not cut and apparently was not probably cooked because it was extremely sloppy and WET.After returning the order to be cooked some more it was then burnt with extremely too much sauce which perhaps why it was WET.Glad I didn’t attempt to eat it in my car because the sloppy pizza would’ve been on the floor.Trash was the best place for it.ps: I was offered a cookie or a apple pie for my wait but….while waiting for my original order I overheard the manager(I’m assuming) and a worker discussing how fifty the grease was and that it needed to be changed.Glad I didn’t purchase anything that required going into that grease.Be Careful When Discussing Job Situation You Never Know Whose Listening
