This is my favorite poke place in the east Pearland area. I prefer their sauces to others nearby. I have been to many poke places and this one ranks pretty high for me.

Good variety of options! I did the two protein with ahi tuna & salmon, and half salad half brown rice! Lots of yummy toppings! I do think it's a bit expensive but it is a good serving of quality food.

i recently visited poki works, and there’s always the same people who always greet me with a smile. i’m a regular at times and during those times either desire and daniel make sure my order is taken correctly. customer service is always great with those two. never have gotten my order taken wrong nor been treated badly at this store. Props to them.

Not a great value for the price, I was disappointed with their topping selection and bowl size. Also any premium toppings (avocado) are extra. For $16 I expect a little more food (this is in comparison with other Houston area similar "poke" restaurants). If I got all the toppings (non meat) I wanted it would've been over $20 ?

One of the best places to get Poke. My fiance and I come up from Lake Jackson whenever we are craving it and it's well worth the drive. I definitely recommend the Kale Noodles as part of the meal! Big thanks to the server Alejandra for checking up on us and making sure our food was made to the T!
Wonderful, yummy lunch. The person who waited on us, Evelyn, was so patient with my two teens indecision and my own questions about my dietary restrictions. Definitely will be back!Kid-friendliness: My two 11 year olds weren't sure about what they wanted and added and changed their minds a few times. But, the service was outstanding.

This was my first time going to Pokéworks and I had a great experience with the workers they really explain & take their time mentioning everything that goes on the bowl no mentioning Mr.Ublester & Ms.Alejandra have a positive attitude and great customer service I should come back more often.

I order from Pokeworks in Pearland. Most of the food was good except for the miso soup which tasted like hot onion water. Very disappointed and the spam musubi was lacking flavor. Plus for the amount paid for a regular bowl, the quantity was underwhelming. I don't believe I will be ordering again from them.

I went to this location just earlier today as it is one of my favorite ones to visit. I found that a customer was giving the employees behind the counter a hard time and from what I could make of it there was an issue with the customers chicken. While I was skeptical to try the chicken I have had no issue with it in the past so I ordered it again and there was nothing wrong with mine. The workers behind the counter looked quite stressed as it was packed with people. However i found that they kept their composure and saw them taste the chicken themselves to ensure the safety. This pokeworks is one of the best in the area and the workers provide awesome customer service. Should definitely try if anyone has not!

First off it started out as a good experience. This place is very clean and the flavors of my poke bowl were really delicious. I also thought the girl assembling my bowl was really nice so I tipped as well. But when I was eating I found that some of the chili garlic chicken I got was expired. I then informed the girl who did my order so she could either toss it or prevent other people from getting it and wasting their money. She just made a “this is awkward” face, I received no apology, no offering of a partial refund, and I noticed that the chicken was not removed. I then told her other coworker on duty about it and his response was “it’s all from the same bag”, meaning what I’m saying was silly and that he’s not going to replace it. I then saw another customer about to get it which was when I informed the other worker that I already told his coworker it was bad. I found it unethical to serve that food which was bad and unprofessional to be blatantly ignored. I regret tipping. What is really the problem is that the workers were fairly young and just did what they were instructed during their training but do not have the good sense to think on their own and toss the food if it’s bad and causing possible food poisoning to other people. I plan to visit other pokeworks but not to return to this location.
