Food was delicious and the whole family approved only thing was the day we went it was slow we had to wait a while to get our orders in and the staff was nice just a bit slow getting to us.

I went here on my break. And waitress was rude. The manager delivered my burger and the waitress was to bring the tomato & drink. She brought drinks for table next to me. Not mine. Then their appetizers. Only when I ate almost half she came with my drink. Only later did I tell her I'd be honest I wasn't happy with the wait for a drink. She said she had other things to do. I asked her what she meant she said she had other customers to attend to and pointed to the 2 tables she had. So telling I wasn't important because they were. While I already had my food had I waited for the drink my food would have gotten cold. I will never go back here.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger

It was just awful & disgusting food and service was horrible. Would give zero stars if I could. The server we had did not repeat my husbands order back to us and he ended up getting the wrong burger and when it was corrected the burger was raw ? never comming here again!!

The food was super good but unfortunately the place was kind of empty and the waiters looked very sad and gloomy. I went there for a birthday and it wasn't very happy. Maybe I went on a bad day but the food was still super good so I still recommend it!
Ever since seeing the commercials, I’ve always wanted to try Red Robin. On this work trip, I finally got my chance & it did not disappoint. With delicious food (one of the best burgers I ever had the pleasure of enjoying) & fantastic service, I can’t wait to return. ???

Overall it was a great experience thanks to the manager who decided to comp part of my ticket, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary.My burger came out well done, even though I asked for “a little pink” as the waitress described it.I still enjoyed the burger and the fries. The manager just happened to stop by.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great burger.

Everything was cool. Ordered to-go. I always order swiss cheese on my whiskey river turkey burger but they mistakenly placed cheddar on it...thankfully it tasted great. Of course we want our order to come as we place it but since it was good, I have no complaints. Sometime, trying things differently isn't so bad. Everything was fresh and hot. This was a good visit.
