The workers as this location are always rude, and have given me the wrong order on two different occasions. I went inside to politely get the correct order, and the staff shoved the box back to me once correcting the order. Better staff required.

We went here cause Olivia's Donuts was closed. I always get kolaches and I've never liked Shipley's kolaches cause their breading was always hard and dry. I will eat it if I don't have other options. However, the kolache I got this morning was surprisingly soft and fluffy. Not sure if it was fresh or the dough used at this location is different from their standard locations. Though still not as buttery as the moms and pops donut shops, but still better than the standard locations.

The Kolache was good which is why they got the additional star but the Donut holes were gross, stale, and probably from yesterday or the day before. One bite, spit it out, threw the bag away. Your a DONUT SHOP for crying out loud. Stay away unless you want a Kolache

This Shipley’s is awful. I’ve actually never visited a Shipley’s that’s like this. The people are rude and the donuts are awful! They say the donuts are fresh, but they are ice cold and disgusting. I’ve given them three chances, and all three visits were the exact same. Never going again!!

This Shipley’s is awful. I’ve actually never visited a Shipley’s that’s like this. The people are rude and the donuts are awful! They say the donuts are fresh, but they are ice cold and disgusting. I’ve given them three chances, and all through visits were the exact same. Never going again!!
