The lady Charlotte that has the terrible smokers cough and smells like a pack of Marlboro reds, is the rudest starbucks employee I've EVER dealt with.The drink was mediocre AT BEST and her attitude made me never want to come back to this location! Something needs to be done about her.If she hates her job so much maybe she should find a new one.

This one is inside Randalls, like 20 steps away from the real Starbucks standing on its own .... ha ha.... still a good idea to have a place to buy coffee within the store for those times when u are shopping and have that food craving...I pampered myself into trying the Iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso (I had to write that down lest I forget ). Cream and sugar is never in the ' healthy' bracket but it is tasty for sure and with Oatmeal it can be treated like an exotic new breakfast item. Good to try.

I hate giving poor reviews but this is the sbux inside Randall’s. They are extremely slow and my simple coffee order was screwed up. I only come here when I shop at Randall’s otherwise just go to the silverlake starbucks.

Order a mobile order for pick up time 7:15 ask barista for an order status, and she just proceeded rudely to say “we working on it”.Customers comes in after me place a counter offer and receive order before me. I proceed to as the barista for status again, just rudely tells me now we don’t have your order. I ask for manager, and the rude barista that has horrible customer service is the manager. I’m appraused that Starbucks or giving leadership roles to any barista.

The only reason why we give this location a star is because of location convenience. The barista's have truly never delivered the level of expectations one has for an intentional coffee shop were taste should stay consistent. Either drinks have too much water, too much ice or simply not enough lemonade, espresso, caramel drizzle. Not to mention, there's always a ton of boxes just laying around and the vibes are not always there...Save your $10 and go down the street to be honest...

Idk if ole girl was having a bad day but she messed my coffee up chile
So I came to this Starbucks bcz it’s on my way home but never again. I can’t understand how you mess up a lrg iced sweet black tea extra sweet w/simple syrup?!? My tea barely has ice (bcz it was melted) and most definitely barely tasted like it had any sweet let alone tasted like tea…probably bcz it was watered down. It did not have 8 pumps of ss. I get this drink almost every day so I don’t understand how other place can do it right but not here. Btw: this the 3rd time I give this SB a chance.

Tried to order the simplest drink (cold brew) and was first told “we don’t have that” then told “I don’t know how to make that”. Can’t tell if she was completely incompetent, ignorant or just lazy. We finally just walked away. This employee should never be left alone.

Ran into a barista that just didn't want to work before the rush. This is the one inside Randall's. Made us wait while nobody seemed to be waiting for their coffee to tell us they didn't have grande cups, and are out of stuff to make Frappuccino. Asked if they were out of coffee and the response was vague but basically not out of coffee, just out of the stuff necessary to make any coffee drinks.

If Donna doesn't make it, it will be wrong. It's to the point where if I don't see her, I turn around and leave. Pay for espresso and get handed a cup of sugary milk. Disappointing.
