Just had a sub with my son. Store was very clean and nice. Sandwiches were made perfectly. The two ladies working there were friendly and helpful.

OVER CHARGE.Ordered mozzarella only on 1 of the 3 subs and got charged for mozzarella on 2 of the 3 subs. Didn't notice until I saw the receipt at home.

Teenagers run this place and don't know anything about customer service. When I asked a question, the employees response was, "I don't know"... Well, can you find out??? I mean, they were rude and slow and not helpful whatsoever. I think they need to rethink who they're hiring or how they're training them! The sandwich was good though. I'll say that.Dietary restrictions: This is much better than the alternative fast places to eat as far as being healthy.

WOW.... I've been to many Subways...these are the friendliest people here,all really fresh ingredients which makes me want to come back to this location, not to mention they have a drive thru!!!!

I'll let y'all be the judge on the quality of sandwich this location will make for a customer, also they didn't even know how to issue a refund because they aren't trained properly

Would not honor coupon. The employee stated the QR Code reader doesn't always work. She said her manager would not allow her to manually honor a coupon. Told me to go to the Subway down the road. Bizarre and huge waste of time. Strict rules equals poor customer service. I will not be back and would not recommend.

They would not guarantee the use of an official Subway coupon and would not adjust the price of the sandwich. They suggested we drive to a different Subway if we wanted to use our coupon.

There was mold or something black on the ice. When I told the workers, one just said OMG and the other told me to give him the cup and get a bottle and went about what he was doing.

I've never been to a subway where someone told me no I asked for more pickles and the Hispanic man working there told me no he gave me to many pickles already even after I said I will pay extra he wouldn't add what I was asking for then he told the lady in front of me not to tell her what she don't want only what she does the attitude from this man was just shitty and I have no idea what his problem is but f this subway and it's not his place to tell someone what they can and can't have on there sandwich then he told me not to come back as I was leaving not to mention I watched the lady put meat from one sandwich back in the container and put it on someone else's

Not recommended at all first of all the guy who took care of preparing my sandwich he was a skinny guy he got a bad attitude on preparing my online order he said that I suppose to get an sit and tell him has to be extra toasted I end up eating the most frosted sandwich really disgusting I hope his supervisors will see this feedback
