Went on a Monday. They were out of a lot of condiments & food supplies (went to different location than normal). Disappointed ( not a normal occurrence) with all "they didn't have, even change for cash transactions..not the best Subway experience that day.

Honestly don’t know how this location is up and running. I went during the busiest time of the day (lunch hour) they had 2 girls working, one rolli polli girl and the other chick (African American) with an orange Wendy’s wig, super slow, rude, barely acted like they even worked there. I can see why no one was even there… I got the chip and drink combo and after I paid the Wendy’s wig girl said “by the way… we don’t have ice” Baby It’s noon…. You barely opened 2 hours ago how are you out of ice???? You just know they were high off drug employees, I ended up throwing my food away afraid i would get sick eating it after watching how they “cleaned” up after my order. Just a sad and depressing atmosphere, NEVER AGAIN.

As soon as I walk in there the atmosphere is depressing. It’s only a man and women taking orders. I wait for the lady to notice me so she can start taking my order since the man is already taking these two other customers orders. As soon as she see’s me she told me that the man will take my order even though she’s not doing anything. I wait there for a few moments and then she sighs and says “fine i guess i’ll take your order” and proceeds to say “what do you want”. Their customer service is the worse i’ve ever experienced, the employees are lazy and completely void of emotion. If you ask them a question it’s always “huh” or they just stare in response. I tried giving them a second chance but that location is truly sad.

I waited 20 minutes at curbside. I entered the store and my order was still not ready even though it said 5:35 it would be and they were not busy. The 2 person staff were extremely slow and looked to be high. Talked slow and moved slow. When asked a question by another customer who was ordering the guy making her meal ignored her. She keeps telling him what she wants and he’s not doing it! I didn’t receive my order until 6:20. Didn’t even offer to upgrade drink or anything! It should NEVER take this long, 45 minutes, for two sandwiches!!!!! I will never return to this store! Someone seriously needs to drug test these people before someone gets hurt! Terrible service! I asked if they had Italian seasoning and the worker said “I don’t know” and just stood there… didn’t even bother to check or ask and the other worker right next to her didn’t even bother to chime in on if they have Italian seasoning. They were also extremely slow and clearly didn’t want to be at work today. Produce also seemed not fresh.I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s or Firehouse from now on.

Male employee is so rude. Came here and he had an attitude the entire time. I would ask for something and he would just stare at me like I’m bothering him and I would have to repeat everything to him. Had AirPods in the entire time. Didn’t even hear up our sandwiches and I asked him to cut it in half and he just stared and I asked again and he ignored me. When I opened the sandwich it looked like he just pressed the knife on top, sandwich wasn’t even cut all the way and I had to rip it apart.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:51 pm and when I got off in the parking lot, the worker there, seeing me, ran away and hid so as not to serve me, I suppose because it was approaching closing time. How unfortunate this type of behavior.

Ordered through the app for the 1st time and our sandwiches were less than half filled. Very disappointed as we have visited this store in person previously and never experienced this issue. I guess if you are not there they will short change you as much as they can. DO NOT ORDER through the app.

Seems like someone is forcing employees to work there! That dykelady was definitely was not in the mood for work. She was arguing with other employee when I get there I guess I interrupt their argument time ? she was rude I'm not going there again first and last time for me!
