I was running late to pick up my order. When trying to call them to let them know. The phone didn’t work. When I asked the guy told me, I am sorry the phone doesn’t work. But when the manager was on the phone with the other employee, she told me they don’t answer the phone. I asked if I am late how do I call? I still didn’t get an answer.

Feb 21st, around 11 am. or 12 p.m., after work( I work across the street), I went in to get my usual veg sub. Told the young lady my toppings and asked for extra onions like I always do with NO PROBLEMS. The young lady added one slice I asked again she added one more I was annoyed at this time, and I aked her if she was serious, and her rudely reply was that theirs a way they had to fix the sandwich. I politely said thank you and walked out and took my business to Jersey Mike's it's out of my way but, I guarantee that they won't make a big deal if a returning customer ask for extra onions, I should've never stopped going to Jersey Mike's for convenience.

This store has come along way from what it used to be years ago. Customers need to be patient because Subway pay is very low so it’s hard to get good employees. They are over worked and do a lot for what their compensation is.

Worst location ever!! They mess up orders all the time and don’t feel sorry for it and will make you pay for a new one even when you try to give the other one back. They need to get all new employees or shut the store down.

Bad experience; I wanted a combo and a side of chicken the guy charged me for two sandwiches saying that he didn’t have the option to just add the side but at this same location they usually add just a side of chicken to my sandwich; no bag, no napkins slow and bad service. Im changing to another location
