I placed an app order last time ahead of time and they didn't make it until I got there. It was a Friday lunch time and they were busy so I gave them slack. Today, it's literally empty and I got here half an hour past my pickup time to give them plenty of time and they didn't have it ready. The restaurant is literally empty (see pictures). Incompetent subway and the lady was giving me attitude for no reason so definitely don't come to this location.

This was the worst subway location I’ve ever experienced!! I moved here recently from the east coast. The service terrible the mayo was bad the bread was not properly baked. I saw that their tuna salad was runny. So I opted for an Italian but. I literally threw my half eaten sub away. ‘No pun’. And that’s never happened ! Won’t go back to this location

Horrible service 2 ladies working on the shift on 10/30/2023 at 1p. Young hispanic woman and older hispanic woman with bad make up. I ordered a Titan turkey sandwhich. Older hispanic was making it and i noticed she wasnt giving me the correct amount of meat on my sandwhich. I questioned her how much come on the sandwhich. Her response was 12, but yet she only counted 9 pieces that she put on my sandwhich. I asked for extra onions and even stated Id pay extra for them her response was no. In all honesty i see why she is at her big age working where she work. Her attitude and work ethic is horrible. Get some employees thatll provide the right service and qty without being question.

The service and the food was amazing and prepared by Sharard, he was a great employee and was very respectful and answered any questions I had to ask. He took his time and was very well informed. The space was very clean and neat as well. I will definitely be back to get another sandwich because of him !

Always burnt sandwiches and they don't seem to care. Customer service is poor and all the ladies behind the counter just laugh and speak in Spanish. It's very rude. Serving sizes are also very poor even when I ask for a little bit extra.

The employee who was apparently new as I asked he responded “I don’t have a shirt on”. He was a black young man but spoke fluent Spanish. I placed an online order I watched him do nothing from my car so I finally went in at that point 2 other walk-in patrons were there which he still ignored me and proceeded to make the walk-in sandwiches though the app had said for over 8 minutes my sandwich was being made. He then proceeded to throw everything on the sandwich smashing the bread nearly tearing it up putting puncture holes in it. He followed up by putting attempting to put back on used gloves when checking me out, I advised that was unsanitary. He threw my sandwich on the counter and said HERE. I don’t understand employing people that don’t want to work.

I can understand the negative reviews and wish I would have checked prior to going. My sandwich was so gross I had to return it. Granted it may have been some what partially my fault because I decided to try the veggie patty for a change.. It was so gross I could not eat but two bites. I went back for a refund and they then discovered that I was charged for a veggie delight and told me I have to pay the difference if I wanted something else. I was super hungry so I decided to get a tuna... the tuna sandwich was not good either but edible ... I should have known because the veggies they were serving did not appear to be as crisp, or fresh as other subways I have visited.. To top it off the bread was stale and the cookies tasted very old. The customer service was pleasant but the manager or whom ever the lady was that was called from the back should have been kind enough to apologize and not make me have to pay extra for an exchange... I will never ever be back to this location! Shout out to HIGHWAY 6 and ALMEDA for being one of the best subways ever!!!
