Went there today for my lunch break, evidently they only care for the drive through and Doordash orders. Someone took my order and I waited a whole 20 minutes before they brought my order up, at that point I told them I wanted a refund. I will not be coming back to this location no more.

You order on a screen and your name is called when ready. By the time you move up to the counter, the human is gone so it's hard to rate service since an automatron could take over. The dining room isn't cleaned. The drink station is a splash zone mess and had no syrup just carbonated water for several drink options. The food was what we ordered with correct customizations and was hot. The produce within was obviously fresh.

Google says they open at 9 AM. The door says they open at 10 AM The app will let you place an order at 9 AM but you can’t pick it up until whenever they decide to open. That needs to be fixed. I was in a big truck so I had to park across the street the other side of the red line and I walked over there did not get my food and now I have to wait for a refund. I called and the lady said that they’re going to try and open soon
