We stopped at TGI FRIDAYS for dinner a week ago. The food was tasty and the service was good. My only complain is that we were given plastic utensils to use. I've ordered a steak for my meal. Do you know how hard it is to cut the steak with a plastic knife?

The waitress was new and couldn't remember anything we asked for. The food was dry and cold. My husband and I invited our best friends and they thought it was awful also. Not a place I would want to book for our party on Wednesday.

Had to send food back. My husband steak was cold number 1. Then he asked for medium rare and they gave him well done all the way. The tables were not cleaned and the other food we ordered was subpar.

not great ? Ordered a burger, it was over cooked, dry, burnt. Sent it back and ordered pasta with chicken & shrimp which was much better. wish they'd gotten it right the first time. Server was fantastic ??attentive, apologetic and did her best to make up for the poor performance of the kitchen. oh and the bar was slooow making drinks. Don't waste time with the bfm margarita...not good at all.

I love Fridays but we don't have one where I live anymore so I was very excited to get a chance to eat there. Our server was very friendly. We put in our order including an appetizer. After about 35 minutes, and other people getting their entrees, eating, and leaving, we finally got our appetizer. The appetizer was pretty good, but sure enough not even five minutes later here comes our entrees. I have always ordered the flat iron steak and ordered it medium. Out comes five tiny little cubes of steak and a pile of onions and peppers covered in burnt cheese. I thought I ordered steak not fajitas. My steak was very well done and chewy. I ended up just eating the appetizer which was very tasty. Such a disappointment for a place I live to eat.

I had written this location off after a bad experience a few years ago. How times have changed! Gave it another try, and could not be happier. I was impressed by how clean the place looked. No dust, even on the kitschy wall decorations. I missed the fried green beans with wasabi sauce. Can’t go wrong there! Went totally nuts with a NY Strip, and have to say I wasn’t disappointed. New favorite are the chicken tenders tossed in Nashville Hot sauce, dipped in ranch dressing. Devin, Terrance, Chris, Jojo, and the whole crew keep things fun, friendly, and on-point. Looking forward to my next visit!

Just left, empty restaurant, 20 mins pass by zero service, not one waiter came up after being seated. Not one person serviced us even for water. What a horrible experience I really feel bad for this place. Makes sense why all restaurants around it are busy and this was dead. Also they had plenty of staff sitting around talking and laughing. Perhaps they were betting how long it would take me to leave. 20 mins zero service, while empty. I find this unbelievable.

Went it for lunch and a beer. Angry Orchard on tap is always a plus. We ordered the salmon and cheese fries burger. Both were delicious and made just how we ordered it. Our server was pleasant and the manager came by to check on us.
I go the location in Pearland most of the time. Just visited Fridays on 5/28/2021. Everyone is Very professional and superb cleaniness, great social distancing (seating). Lisa (manager) is and always pleasant, she ensures myself and guest are taken care of.. excellent people skills. I hope she stays with the company and Friday's obtains more supervisors like her!!!

David honestly made the experience incredible. He was spot on with our order, never missed a beat, very attentive and friendly! I applaud staff members that go above and beyond to making the restaurant experience different from an ordinary establishment. The way David tended to our table truly made me feel like I was at Doris Metropolitan (a Japanese Steak House). Amazing and delicious food. I'm sad that my date threw away my leftovers tho :/ lol
