I drove 30 mins to this location on Valentine’s Day morning at 10:00am to get some cookies for my little boy with special needs . As soon as I walked in two workers were at the register a younger female and an older guy. Either one of them greeted me. The lady proceeds to start talking fast to me by saying they are only selling premade cookies of chocolate chip cookies and if I wanted something else I would have to order online and it would be a 4 hour wait. No apology for my inconvenience or anything . So I looked online when I got in the car and it showed that my cookies would be ready in 30 minutes not 4 hours. But, I did not order online bc of the horrible customer service. I ended up ordering my son cookies from a small business that had excellent customer service and the cookies were amazing!

Always clean. Always friendly. Cookies were fresh. The only thing is my lemon cookies made the rest of the cookies taste lemon like, so next time I will have them put those in a separate bag. I got a combination of oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and lemon. They are a bit pricey but they are pretty consistent with flavor and texture so I will continue to return unless anything changes.

They are generally "out" of every cookie I want to buy when I go there.A few months ago, I paid for a couple of the icing packets they have and they didn't put them in the bag. I called the number listed for the location here in town, however, it was a centralized CALL CENTER. I was not happy about that. They tried to tell me I hadn't paid for the icing...even though I clearly requested it while I was in their store and my receipt showed I paid for it. They offered to sell them to me (again) if I went back to their store. No, thanks.Then, twice in two weeks they told me they "just" completely sold out of one of their cookies. Said I could wait a half hour for them to make more both times. Again -- no, thanks.I called their little centralized number again and told them about all of this and that I wouldn't bother wasting my time trying to buy anything else from them for an absolute MINIMUM of six more months. That was about ten months ago. I haven't been back. I am still disinclined to try buying anything from them again. They probably still won't have it. Additionally, for some ridiculous reason, they do NOT sell whole milk. Just some 1% watered-down crap. I guess to attempt to FORCE/SHAME people into reducing their calories.........you know......like those HEALTHY, 100% SUGAR COOKIES WITH 100% SUGAR ICING THEY SELL. Pretty ridiculous.

First time here. The staff and the cookies were amazing! Walked into the store with a great aroma and a clean white store. I definitely recommend everyone to try this as it is not your regular cookies.

Came in for a birthday treat and left impressed with all the new options available . I had a cookie sandwich. Both cookies were warmed up per my request and filled up with vainilla ice cream. It got a little messy but it was very good. Although I still enjoy sending cookies to my friends I now like the option of being able to buy other things. Service was good.

It was our first time there at tiffs. The young lady with (pink hair) I believe. Is unbelievably rude as she was "helping" us with our order, she kept smirking at our questions and it seemed like we were being an inconvenience. It was quite condescending. None the less, that was our last time at tiffs.

I was in tiff treats in pearland it wasn't no one in there but me o waited like five minutes to see if she was going to say anything to me . Never did so I said can I order I told her I wanted the 12dozen coupon I had she said we don't take any kind of coupon she said only only line then I said ok let me have two peanut butter cookies and warm them up so she went to get them with out any gloves on . So I told her o don't want those because she touch them with out any gloves on and they where burnt . I felt that she was very raciest. You have should not have employees work for you all like that . I will never give my money to Tiff treat anymore I never experience that before . If I could give you all a zero I would .
