Frozen Yogurt flavors are delicious but maintenance is horrible. Machines are broken or empty. The best flavors are often out because of low maintenance. Sometimes they close way too early, not when they suppose too.

Went today 08/26/23 at approximately 13:00 o’clock. The girl working was very helpful and polite since I have never had frozen yogurt before. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating was do to the price. Wasn’t worth 8.50 for a cup. Like everything greed. Won’t be back

My visit to tutti frutti turned out to be a most pleasant experience this afternoon. There was a girl and a boy attending and they were both most attentive, friendly and pleasant. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, the bathroom was in excellent condition, it was very clean, as were all the facilities. As soon as a client left their table and the young workers went immediately to clean and disinfect the tables. The flavors they offered were delicious and all the toppings were so full that I didn't even know which one to choose from among such a variety.The afternoon shift at this trutti futti is an excellent team.They made me end my day in a very good mood.

Went here the afternoon of July 31st & had a good time with my family. There was about 4-5 missing flavors, but they had the ones I like. The girl with glasses that was working was super nice and attentive to the toppings bar, good worker. The tables were clean as well.

We were treated so ugly because we ended up coming it almost at closing since we thought it was 10pm , there was a guy and a girl on 7-31-2023 working at night and we ended up walking out because of how rude they spoke to us and how they treated us. Will not be going to this one again . I felt extremely un comfortable and disrespected . People like this do not need to work in customer service .
i went there 7-31-2023 and it was a minute before they closed because i didn’t realize they closed earlier on weekdays but there was a couple treating the employees so rudely, the employee told them they can still serve themselves even though they were closed but they got upset that the employee was letting them know that they couldn’t sit down and the couple made a scene, the employee was very respectful towards them and still offered them to get their frozen yogurt the couple walked out yelling.
