Just through the whole Wendy away

Drive thru to order food. It took some wait and also there was mistake on my order. It was hassle to go back but the staff took care quick.

Service was awful, they keep your phone and card too long than just to scan the app and pay. I'm definitely keeping my receipts to make sure nothing funny happens on my account.

The cashier totally lacked of customer service skills or simply did not want to serve customers. The food was dry and cold. There was a red spot next to the soda machine which looked like a blood. Not recommended this place.

This was by far the best Wendy's i have been too in a while. There's a nice, respectful, kind young man with dreads at the window every time i come he always makes sure to ask about my day and to have a good day his energy is always the best. My food was fresh and came out fast even the cookie he said that was fresh was nice and warm i definitely recommend coming to this Wendy's if you have a chance.

Just got nasty food there everything was cold and the fries tasted so bad couldn't even eat them. I just wasted $22 & I want my money back!! Nobody will even answer the phone!

This is the second time, they are supposed to be open for breakfast, lights are on, someone inside sees me, but the door is locked and no answer at drive through. If you don't want to make breakfast at 6:20 in the morning then don't advertise as being open.

Came here for an afternoon grab-and-go, but this was the first time I was let down. The guy at the window was polite, but the service was super slow. They didn't have enough staff, but that wasn't the bad part. They never said anything about it for fear that I would go somewhere else. It took 20 minutes to get a biggie bag because they asked me to pull up and wait. Then the lady, who may have been the manager, said she was sorry that they were short-staffed, and it wasn't her fault. So, I guess it was my fault for coming here. Disappointing for a place that is usually on point.

I went here last time on an extremely wendy day, i order my food on the app at 11:20 and this place closed at 12, i came to the drive thru and there were two workers inside and they said they were closed, i think the workers just didn’t wanna work so they decided to close early, i was hungry and lost my money bcs i paid thru the app!!!
