Not eating here ever again. I got a 10 piece nugget meal on March 3rd, 2024. By 10pm that night food poisoning set in. Had to call off work because of it.Worst Wendy's ever. No wonder why business is so damn slow at this location smh

This place is a hot a Mess. I pulled up tonight there's a Hispanic tall female eating something out a bowl pointing go around. I ordered my Food and explain exactly, fresh Patty off the grill. Fresh hot fries no salt. Now it takes about 2 minutes fresh for everything. I pulled up. The Hispanic female took my money as passed me the food. She acting like she didn't understand English. She said it's Fresh. So I pulled around the building to check because of long line. It wasn't even hot. When it's fresh you feel how hot the sandwich is thru the paper and bag. The fries wasn't even hot. I pulled right back to window and Ask Javier to get the manger. He calls a Hispanic older lady. They Both look and told me it Fresh. I explained to them what fresh was. Javier translated to them in Spanish. He heard the Both said it was ,from the beginning. If Pedro the manager is not there. These people just serve you what ever the want. So once again. If the manager on duty's don't understand what fresh is off the grill. Then she shouldn't be a manager. The just didn't want to clean the grill again. So now again I'm unhappy customer and so tried of this I pay for a service that they provide. The expectation should be as the advertising. They have piss me off again now I have to wait until Pedro the manager get in tomorrow. I really appreciate Javier ? he took the order exactly, he was pleasant and customer friendly. He explained it to them in Spanish. But my sandwich was not fresh off the grill , the meat tastes funny when it's been sitting there. If they Don't want to work find you another job. Whether you speak English or Spanish. The Women in there have poor working habbits.It burns me up that the Spanish people act like they so better, but playing like they don't understand English... A/c down making it very hot inside. Drink machine always down, out of flavors, has no ice and this moat recent time was spraying on people and the machine when trying to use not to mention is very dirty. Store very dirty. Fries so old they have become hollow inside and are not even remotely warm. Tomatoes on my sandwich where very off and mushy. Floor covered in all kinds of stuff. As a fan of wendys avoid this one.
