I can not recommend this location as it steals money from people by not following though with issuing refunds as promised. I placed an order via the app on March 22, 2024. When I realized it was not the location intended, I called to apologize for the issue and asked for a refund. The employee who answered the phone said a refund would be issued when a supervisor was available later that day, and it would take seven to ten business days to reflect back to the account charged. I'm still waiting for the refund, but by now, it's not expected to actually happen. (For anyone curious, the amount is for $14.60)

I asked for my wings to be double cooked because I like crispy wings. They were not crispy at all and they looked like they were on steroids and still had feathers on them. Some of my fries were burnt. I will never come back to this location!

My husband eats boneless. I eat bone in. I hate lemon pepper. Ordered original hot for him, Louisiana rub for me. I got boneless lemon pepper! Called and initially the young lady gave me attitude but then softened once she realized the mistake. They tried to make up with extras because my husband had to drive all the way back to get the "right" order. I got wings fried to hell. I appreciated them trying to give me more stuff but, I truly was not a happy camper and just wanted good wings.
Did an order of 15 wings that gave me the wrong flavor. 4 of those wings were stone hard but all tasted like they were over cooked or under quality wings geez. I never had an issue w Wingstop cept here. What a waste of $ never ever coming back here. Wish I can give this store a -1
