Went in to get food. While waiting in line the cashier greets the previous customers, takes their order and goes to the fountain drink machine to get sodas. Me and my partner standing there waiting all the while she ignores us. I turn around to her and asks her,"Uhmm can you take our order." She gets out of line and say oh yeah. Only after we stood in line several minutes. Still....never greeted. Needless to say this location is always this way. Not sure as to way but I limit my visits.

I called not even 30 mins before they closed to place an order for pick up just to be told “wE’rE nOt TaKiNg AnYmOrE oRdErS” lol. I took the liberty of going in-store to place the order and lo and behold they took. As i was waiting for my order that they so called “couldn’t take”, 2 more orders came through and I overheard the manager say some not very nice things and witnessed the manager call the customers not even 20 minutes before they closed telling the customers that they had to cancel their orders because “it was time to go home”. Mind you they still had at least 20 mins left till closing. I didn’t appreciate being lied to over the phone if they were going to take my order either way, and as for the other customers whose orders got cancelled, i’m sorry you weren’t able to get your wings.

I placed a pickup order for Super Bowl Sunday at 4:45pm and my order was ready when I walked in the door! They had a table setup on the side for online orders and the staff was efficient and friendly! And the food was great as always!

I ordered traditional wings to pick up for a Super Bowl party. Plenty of employees were on duty to handle the extra business. My order was ready on time and the service was fast and friendly. The wings were nicely cooked and sauced. And tasted great. I wish the wing pieces had been bigger but everybody enjoyed them.

Service is the worst! First thing we were told as soon as we came in was they where out of chicken, they stated they only had boneless. We still ordered boneless wings. Everyone else that came in weren't told anything. Do not recommend this location.

After giving this WingStop multiple chances, I have realized the service won't change. I order ahead of time and don't pick up until the food is ready on the app. Each time I arrive to store, I must wait an additional 30 minutes to receive my food. The food is never fresh and all my experiences are horrible.

If you close at midnight, why are you refusing an order at 1130 stating, “We are already cleaning up.” Your for is unlocked and there are four employees inside. Date August 30, 2023. I have previously ordered from this location.
