I have just had the best nachos that money can buy!! I can’t even explain if it was the Bbq grilled fajita chicken that was the best part or the amazing portion size or the excellent service. All I can say is that if you have the opportunity to get some of Bobby’s Tex-Mex you will not be disappointed! This is the best place to eat between San Antonio and Laredo. The portions are huge and delicious. My favorites are the chicken fajita gorditas, flour tortilla tacos and grilled cheese carne guisada sandwich.My wife prefers the beef fajitas. I’m thinking of spending the night, sometime in the future ,in Pearsall just to try other dishes. Like the fajita beef enchilada plate, gotta be super. Food is always fresh and portions are great you most definitely get your money’s worth at Bobby’s . I really recommend you stop by and enjoy the best fajitas and carne guisada. Promise you will NOT be disappointed ....?
