On my visit to Austin for Thanksgiving, I saw Bush's as I was driving. I had never tried their fried chicken so I decided to try it. And I'm glad that I did!The chicken was fresh and crispy, not greasy! I can't wait to get back to Austin to eat their chicken again!

I had Bush's Chicken for the first time tonight and it was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure what to expect because KFC has become horrible. Bush's was fresh and delicious. The chicken, roll, mashed potatoes were very tasty. I would recommend.

We've always been a big fan of Bush's until last night. Our service was awful. The server didn't listen, served pieces of chicken that were cold, dry and the skin had fallen off. We asked for crispy fries and got soggy limp fries. We miss seeing the old night manager...where did he go? Tables were filthy, lobby was dirty. Not the same place to go for delicious hot fried chicken!

This location used to be amazing. Now management is awful and has poor attitude and problems solving skills. I showed him how my card was overcharged, the fries were old and been under that light forever and the drink wasn't the original fresh lemonade . Instead of apologizing he just stood there and said well. So instead of him trying to correct the order and replacing it I just told him to give me a refund. I will definitely be bringing this up to my son's organization which we use them for all our football games and we will not be returning as a family. We have been coming here since they opened and it has just gone downhill in the last year.
