I got the lox bagel and it was delicious. I got it without capers with lettuce added and it was perfect for me. Einstein bagel is always good and my Carmel cold cream coffee was delicious. I wish they stayed open til at least 9 pm. Next time I'll get my lox on an Asiago bagel. ? I wish you guys could do a food truck and link up with Tesla. I'll start by saying the staff are so incredibly kind and clearly hard working, and part of the motivation to leave this review is because whatever system this Einsteins is using for order fulfillment is only hurting them. They should not have to work this hard or scramble this much.Whether I come at 8am or at 11am I end up waiting, along with a massive crowd of people, up to 40 minutes for my order. Mikayla and Karen were so friendly, made my order to what I wanted, they didn’t have a way to make the hot chai at the time, but they worked something out that I was happy with. 1st time coming into the Einstein in Hutto and I’m happy I stopped by. Nice ambiance, clean and staffs is very efficient. Now I gotta go taste my bagels.
