Ordered Menudo and my wife had their nachos with beef. The Nachos were great. The menudo, however was over seasoned. It had a thick broth that had too much spice. , personally, I did not enjoy it so my wife said to switch with her. She, who is a real menudo eater, did not enjoy it either. It did contain a lot of meat and homony, which was good, but too much seasoning. We will try again.....
Service is amazing, the people on staff are so lovely. The food is pretty good. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. I've just been on the prowl for El Pastor with Pineapple Chunks and a sweet/lightly spicy Mole since I moved here from San Antonio... Haven't found the dishes that hit the spot locally yet!

I usually order Rico’s Tamale Plate at El Rincon, but tonight I wasn’t feeling all that well and decided to order a large bowl of chicken Tortilla Soup. I’m writing this review to say that by far this was the best chicken tortilla soup I’ve ever eaten. It had large chucks of chicken, zucchini, carrots and in a good sized container.
