I been coming here for a long time.The quality and service has drastically change here. They shamelessly change their food containers to smaller plastic portion ones, all while raising up the prices!Additional, I have consistently had missing items from my order, and now every time having to pull around and wait 10+ minutes for food.Avoiding this place now.

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!Placed a delivery order. An hour later the order has not been made. Several delivery drivers have waited and canceled their pickup. Tried calling the store, no answer after multiple attempts and the inbox is full, so I can’t leave a voicemail.I called a different location (Pflugerville) and they answered right away. Canceled my delivery order and re-placed it at Pflugerville with no issues.Edit: Golden Chick replied and told me to upload a contact form. The form doesn’t submit/work. This is comedic.

Quality of this place has gone down so bad! I went through the drive through and while no one was behind me I was asked to pull around the front to wait for my order. As I’m waiting, there’s people going in and I seen people who got there after me leaving with food. I go in to see what’s going on with my order the guy takes my receipt, doesn’t even look at it, and proceeds to hand me a bad. I ordered a 6pc spicy tender and they tried to give me 5 regular. I ordered a 9pc wing and they tried to give me 6. I also ordered 4 extra rolls that weren’t in the bag. They had little to no care after I asked them to fix all of this.

First time ordering from here so wasn't sure what I would get. I was happily surprised that the chicken was delicious. Was also affordable.
If I could give 10 stars I would!! The manager/ owner is amazing he showed us how to make a spicy gravy? The food was beyond awesome!!! I know we will be going there every time we go to Pflugerville,
Place was nice. Gentleman working front counter extremely nice and patient with us. Even showed us a lil trick with they signature seasoning. Food was good. Crispy chicken tenders and not greasy. We opt for the mash potatoes as a side. They was ok at Best but after adding the gravy and seasoning pacs really turned it around. Over all it was a place I would go back to over and over.

The food was good but I found a bug in my cup after I finished my drink, who knows how many bugs I swallowed. I had their raspberry lemonade.
