I was highly disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant. The food was not cooked properly, as the chicken was uncooked and the waffles were drenched in excessive amounts of butter. This experience has made me decide to never return to this establishment again.

I had the dry rub CPR wings and fried pickles. The wings were fried/seasoned perfectly. The pickles were also fried well, nice and hot. The customer service was warm and welcoming. I also enjoyed playing a game of Jenga while I waited for my food. I would definitely recommend to get this place a try!

I visit the location on February 3, 2024 and ordered 3 egg rolls , 6 piece wing with fries . The food came out hot. Wings were good and not overcooked. The egg rolls were OK . I would suggest that you order in advance since food is cooked when you order which is a plus . The lemonade was pretty good as well .

I was initially thrilled to give this place a try, but my enthusiasm quickly waned. After placing an online order for pickup, with a promised ready time of 6:26pm, I arrived only to be informed that they had no record of my order. Despite showing them my confirmation, I was informed that some items were unavailable, though this was seemingly resolved by substituting one item with fried pickles. After a 30-minute wait, I assumed my order would be accurate given the time it took. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the Shack Triple Play order was missing the chicken, and I received a scanty portion of about 10 tiny fried pickles for a steep $8.00. While I typically exercise patience and refrain from complaining, this experience was disappointing.

Ummm ? so charging $14 for a “fish meal” and only getting ONE very skinny piece of catfish & the rest of the meal loaded with cold fries and hush puppies ain’t it….I tried to give this place a try for the first time but I will stick to the restaurant “whip my soul” since they offer THREE thick filets of catfish and two LARGE sides OF YOUR CHOICE for $15.
I am a gentleman of culture and when I tell yall this place wings are good trust me. The establishment recommended me the flavors "Buss" which is a wet rub and "CPR" which is a dry rub I choose "Buss" along with "CPR/Buss Drizzle". Both were great but I recommend anyone who can't decide to try the "CPR/Buss Drizzle" the dry rub is really good then you get the Drizzle of the sweet tasting bbq like sauce that compliments the dry rub well. I also tried their grape lemonade and I personally enjoyed it and a friend of mine didn't, the grape lemonade I can however see some people not liking it particularly if you don't prefer a sweet kool-aid like drink. Overall I am going to be going back and recommend this place.
