Pulled up to drive thru, the location was not busy at all (no line, no customers) I had to say "hello" like 3Xs just to get someone to respond on the other end. A guy was taking my order but I ended taking my business elsewhere since the employees were playing in the background and making noises and the employee stopped responding. 7:30PM 2/27 @1700 FM 685 Pflugerville

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Garden Salad & 2 tacos via the drive-thru today (01/26/2024). The chicken on the salad was frozen & frost bitten. You can see frost on the actual chicken (see photo). Their salads are usually tasty, but this was disappointing, lazy, & inexcusable.

Went to the drive thru cause this location is open 24hrs but the employee on the register said theyre closed and told me to wait a moment. Never got back to me and kept me waiting.
Don’t bother coming in the even we came at 7:39 waited 30-40 minute 3 teenage boys working here on a Friday night one was on his phone he others looked like that had better places to be … over all 0 stars ….
