I ordered a #5 mikes way banana peppers and pickles, became very sick with food poisoning , sat on toilet for three days, this place doesn’t deserve even one star, but if you don’t put at least one star it won’t post, I do not recommend that anyone eat at this place.

Dirty tables, not very friendly. When I asked if they had more ice in the back after purchasing a fountain drink, the cashier tells me their ice machine is not working. Did not tell me prior to ordering drinks nor did she offer a refund.

I love Jersey Mike's and I come pretty frequently and I usually order online for pick up. Not sure I will being doing that again. I arrived early this time and was able to observe everything. I knew the hot sandwich was the hold up so I looked over at the grill and noticed an employee eating out of a Styrofoam food container while in gloves. I was waiting for those gloves to be removed and and hands cleaned prior to returning to the food on the grill but unfortunately that did not happen. I then watched him touch multiple items on the line before I got another employees attention to point it out. No one said anything they Quietly walked over to the employee that was cross contaminating the food who then changed his gloves without washing his hands and went right back to it and No one said anything. I then asked for a refund because I had just witnessed everything and it's gross and guess who the person in charge was. You guessed it the cross contaminater. This location definatly needs some re-education in proper food safety and hand hygiene. The employees were very nice about it but the issue was already witnessed. People are watching even when you think they are not. Hopefully this gets addressed quickly.

Ever since I found this place, I often come here to buy Mike's Famous Philly bread. Even though I know the prices here are not cheap.In the beginning, the food here was very delicious. Not too salty, not too sour, and not too sweet either.But in recent months, especially yesterday on October 25, 2023, I bought a sandwich with the same name for lunch at my workplace. But oh my! I couldn't swallow it after taking two bites. It was saltier than the deep sea water. I had to eat and drink a lot of lemonade to wash down the two pieces of bread I accidentally bit into. I don't understand who makes these dishes? Do they taste them before serving them to customers? I feel like I'm either ruining my stomach or having to go to the hospital because of high blood pressure.If this situation continues, I might have to leave this place to find somewhere else for my meals.

*This review is for pickup order only*Everything was included and correct to the order. We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and they were already ready! Fast and easy. We love the rosemary bread option here. We always get without Mikes sauce (or way?) because it tends to make them too wet by the time we bring them home.Subs were not labeled on the outside with names or codes (abbreviated name or menu #) for what they were, but not the biggest deal and they Were cut in half like we asked for so that's great. Overall we'd do pickup order at this location again :)
Every time we order from here, they get things totally wrong. The reason we order the way we do is because there are allergies to certain things like onions, tomatoes, and dairy in our family. One of the Original Italian subs we ordered (#13) had Rosemary bread (that has cheese in it) and tomatoes when there shouldn't have been (it's supposed to be white bread w/o tomatoes). The other #13 Original Italian sub had onions and stale gluten-free bread (should be rosemary bread w/o onions). I will not order from here again. I'm hearing similar complaints from others as well. When paying close to $100 for subs, the employees should at least care about getting the order right more times than not, especially when allergies are a concern.

Stopped in with my daughter for a quick bite. Store was in disarray. Food on counter at register and all over the floor. Wrappers on various tables with spilled food. Meanwhile two employees standing around with arms folded watching the guy cook bacon for my sandwich for 10 min since they let it run out. Not once did anyone come out and clean. Got home and bit into sandwich and almost got sick. A very bad smell coming from the roast beef or the Swiss. I tossed it and just ate the chips. It's sad things have gone downhill so bad because I really like Jersey Mike's.

Just left this Jersey Mike's. I normally like their sandwiches but today, I was pretty putt off by my experience. The employees wear gloves, but the first kid who took the orders (glasses, hat, with sweat all over his face) made a fist with his right hand and coughed right into it. He then proceeded to cut the deli meat and handle (touch) all the sandwich bread for the next employee in the assembly line. Also, when writing down an order on top of the deli fridge, your hands and pen always seem to go near your mouths when speaking. A note to management: Please train your staff to be mindful of cleanliness and sanitary practices when handling food, regardless of how busy it gets.
