Absolutely garbage. Got here at 1:45 p.m. no other customers here. First off the drive through window doesn't work, no big deal. I pull up get to the window which is open but not attended. I wait for about 10 minutes, politely called out to someone, no response. I called the phone number, no answer. Finally I walked in the store and saw two employees talking, after about a minute they noticed me and said someone would be with me to help me in a moment, a minute after one of the two employees came to the register and asked me for my order which I gave him, I explained I had been waiting at the open unattended drive through window, to which he replied "yea sorry we didn't see you". I asked him for crazy sauce and he explained they had it but they don't have the lids to put on it so he couldn't sell me any. At about 2:20 I finally got my food. Terrible service and honestly very irresponsible cash and business handling. Someone could have reached through that window and taken the register before anyone noticed.

Took a whole hour and half after I placed the order online for my order to be ready. Having about 6 employees there it wasn’t ready. Manager or idk what she was a big lady just kept screaming around, acting like she was getting stuff done.Will not order from here again.

We ordered pizza at 6:40p more than enough time before close. At 8:02p we called & we were told the order was ready. It’s currently 8:20p & not only has our order NOT been delivered, but they took it upon themselves to cancel the order. We’ve had a 4yr old toddler waiting for almost two hours & excited so this is very disappointing & unprofessional. Will be spreading the word about this locations lackluster customer service & WONT be using them again.

A few days ago an employee served me, very badly, she yelled at me because the card didn't pass and mistreated me for being an immigrant, it was a Favor Run order, my husband was waiting in the car. We canceled the order as it could not be resolved. Yesterday we returned to the same store and ahead we could hear her screaming at other employees.

This location doesn't deserve any stars!!! This is the absolute WORST place. The customer service was TERRIBLE. How does a place open at 11am, but no one is there to open the doors. The staff was outside waiting for, I'm assuming, a manager to come and open up. Tried to pick up pizza for a meeting at 11am (ordered and paid in advance) and no one was there-pizza not HOT and READY. Make that make sense? Then the lady tells me that she's sorry she had car problems and it couldn't be helped. I'm a manager and there is no way that this should happen. More than one person should be able to open the door for the staff to start their day by 1030am-in order to have pizza HOT AND READY for 11am. If you can't trust more than one person to hold a key, you should invest iin different staff. WORST EXPERIENCE!! Refunding my money was the only option that was left for me to do. POPEYES chicken took care of me and my staff, timely and effeciently.
The counter attendant displayed an attitude, the garlic bread lacked freshness, and I observed some employees not using gloves.

This is not fast pizza as intended!Every time I go we have to wait 15-30mins for a standard hot and ready.My last experience they closed the lobby only using the drive through. Me and the 6 other cars in line waited 20mins while the car at the window waited for their pie to be made.No one took our order.When I went to the door to inform them they said the lobby was closed and didn’t care we had been waiting.

This is the worst location yet. The cashier at 2pm on Jan 20th was the rudest employee I’ve encountered. Rolled her eyes at me when I was being respectful (veteran here that treats everyone with respect).This was the worst supreme pizza I’ve had. The vegetables were not even cooked/baked

asked for napkins, original lady attempted to give it about 15 napkins, another lady takes them and splits it in half and says you only have 2 pizzas you don’t need that many napkins.

by far the worst lil caesars i've ever been to and that's saying something. staff is lazy/absent, pizza wasn't even cut right, all the toppings were in the center, honestly just so awful of an experience ur better off going to 7-11 at least they can put the toppings on a pizza
